【摘要】:交叉口作為城市重要的交通節(jié)點,不僅決定性地影響著城市交通網(wǎng)絡的運行效率,交叉口交通流產(chǎn)生的交通污染也不可忽視。交叉口合理地設置信號燈可以提高通行能力,緩解擁堵,改善交通安全,同時可減少交通環(huán)境污染,F(xiàn)有的交叉口信號設置依據(jù)研究中,未考慮環(huán)境影響方面的因素,因此本文在現(xiàn)有交叉口信號設置臨界流量研究的基礎上將交通噪聲污染控制作為一個目標,應用雙層規(guī)劃模型來分析在環(huán)境噪聲標準下,交叉口的信號燈設置的臨界流量規(guī)律。分析了交叉口范圍內的車流運行規(guī)律,從而選取合適的單車模型;研究不同流向車流的等效噪聲軌跡與對應計算模型,重點給出左轉和右轉車流等效噪聲的計算方法;修正了信號交叉口的噪聲模型,引入“小周期”的概念,給出道路交通量大小接近臨界流量的無信號交叉口的噪聲預測方法。通過應用通行效率模型和無信號交叉口的噪聲模型,構建了考慮噪聲控制的臨界流量雙層模型。其中上層目標是滿足交通噪聲標準的交叉口的流量最大,下層目標是無控制方式交叉口相對于信號控制的通行效率增長率為正且最小(此時流量取臨界值)。通過交通量來體現(xiàn)上層對下層的約束,從而獲得臨界流量取值與臨界流量曲線。在對哈爾濱市的兩個交叉口進行交通調查的基礎上,對雙層模型中的基礎參數(shù)進行標定,然后應用模型求解獲得考慮交通噪聲限制下,雙向兩車道十字交叉口信號設置臨界流量的變化規(guī)律,為同類型交叉口的信號燈設置提供了一定的理論參考,并驗證了模型的可行性。噪聲模型的研究可以提高噪聲預測的準確性,為環(huán)境噪聲的防治提供一定的理論依據(jù);臨界流量雙層模型的構建可以為今后更合理地確定信號設置的依據(jù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important urban traffic node, intersection not only has a decisive impact on the efficiency of urban traffic network, but also the traffic pollution caused by intersection traffic flow can not be ignored.The reasonable setting of signal lights at intersections can improve traffic capacity, alleviate congestion, improve traffic safety, and reduce traffic environment pollution at the same time.In the existing research on the signalling basis of intersections, the environmental impact factors are not considered. Therefore, the traffic noise pollution control is regarded as a goal in this paper based on the research on the critical flow setting of the existing intersection signals.The two-level programming model is used to analyze the critical flow law of the signallight setting at the intersection under the ambient noise standard.In this paper, the running law of traffic flow in intersection is analyzed, and the suitable single vehicle model is selected, the equivalent noise trajectory and corresponding calculation model of different flow direction are studied, and the calculation method of equivalent noise of left turn and right turn is given.The noise model of signalized intersections is modified, and the concept of "small period" is introduced, and the noise prediction method of unsignalized intersections with traffic volume close to critical flow is given.By using the traffic efficiency model and the noise model of unsignalized intersection, a two-layer critical flow model considering noise control is constructed.The upper level target is that the traffic flow is the largest at the intersection meeting the traffic noise standard, and the lower level goal is that the traffic efficiency growth rate of the uncontrolled intersection is positive and minimum relative to the signal control (at this time the critical value of the traffic flow is taken as the critical value).Through the traffic volume to reflect the upper layer on the lower layer constraints, thus obtaining the critical flow value and critical flow curve.Based on the traffic survey of two intersections in Harbin, the basic parameters in the two-layer model are calibrated, and then the model solution is used to obtain the traffic noise constraints.The change rule of the critical flow rate of the signal set at the two-way two-lane intersection provides a certain theoretical reference for the signal light setting of the same type intersection and verifies the feasibility of the model.The study of noise model can improve the accuracy of noise prediction and provide a certain theoretical basis for the prevention and control of environmental noise, and the construction of the two-layer model of critical flow can provide a reference for determining the signal setting more reasonably in the future.
