【摘要】：隨著建設(shè)事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)腳手架技術(shù)的研究在理論及工程實(shí)踐方面都已取得了很大進(jìn)展,但是目前,對(duì)腳手架失穩(wěn)性分析方面的研究不是很充分,本著理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、探索研究的精神,結(jié)合大連市五一路立交橋工程,選擇橋梁腳手架支撐體系作為論文題目,既保證立交橋腳手架工程順利竣工,又完善了腳手架支撐體系穩(wěn)定性研究。具體內(nèi)容如下：(1)對(duì)大連市五一路立交橋腳手架工程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算,對(duì)腳手架支架搭設(shè)效果檢驗(yàn)。對(duì)腳手架支架體系可能出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)腳手架基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行加固處理。(2)依托實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,對(duì)碗扣式支架進(jìn)行全程監(jiān)控,將有限元數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從而對(duì)理論結(jié)果作修正,并評(píng)判支架的整體穩(wěn)定性能。(3)研究影響碗扣式鋼管支架的安全穩(wěn)定因素,從計(jì)算理論、搭設(shè)隨意性、材料質(zhì)量、施工荷載的變化、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理等因素綜合進(jìn)行受力分析。最后,對(duì)本文的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了需要進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction, great progress has been made in the research of scaffolding technology in our country in theory and engineering practice.The spirit of exploration and research, combined with Dalian Wuyi interchange project, select the bridge scaffolding support system as the title of the paper, which not only ensures the successful completion of the scaffolding project of the interchange bridge, but also improves the stability of scaffolding support system.The concrete contents are as follows: (1) the design and calculation of scaffold of Wuyi overpass in Dalian is carried out, and the effect of scaffolding erection is tested.The possible problems of scaffold support system are analyzed. The scaffold foundation is strengthened and treated. Based on the actual project, the bowl-button bracket is monitored in the whole process, and the finite element numerical simulation results are compared with the actual monitoring data.Therefore, the theoretical results are revised, and the overall stability performance of the support is evaluated. (3) the factors affecting the safety and stability of the bowl-buttoned steel pipe support are studied, including the calculation theory, the randomness of the erection, the quality of the material and the variation of the construction load.Field management and other factors for comprehensive force analysis.Finally, the research results of this paper are summarized, and the problems that need further research are put forward.
