大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法研究

【摘要】:近年來大跨徑自錨式懸索橋在我國(guó)很多地方不斷出現(xiàn),其由主纜、主梁、主塔及吊索組成的結(jié)構(gòu)形式美觀大方、造型獨(dú)特,受到廣大橋梁設(shè)計(jì)者的喜愛,但其結(jié)構(gòu)形式復(fù)雜,設(shè)計(jì)難度大,結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算理論不夠成熟,且施工過程中高空作業(yè)多,不確定因素多等原因,造成了大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工難度大,施工過程中容易發(fā)生事故。因此為減少事故的發(fā)生,提高橋梁工程質(zhì)量,非常有必要對(duì)大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工期進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。本文結(jié)合大跨徑自錨式懸索橋結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)其施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法展開以下研究:①本文針對(duì)大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了其當(dāng)前的研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基本概念,對(duì)大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行定義,并介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的一般流程。②本文結(jié)合大跨徑自錨式懸索橋體系特點(diǎn),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別中運(yùn)用層次分析法將大橋分為主塔、主梁和纜索體系對(duì)施工過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行全面的辨別,確定其施工期間的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素及其相對(duì)權(quán)重,并建立橋梁施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素排序表。③在施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)中,本文從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后果兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),并結(jié)合ALARP準(zhǔn)則確定其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受水平,最終建立“大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系”。④以“松原市天河大橋”為工程依托,利用本文建立的“大跨徑自錨式懸索橋施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系”對(duì)該橋進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,提出采用專家調(diào)查法結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,從而確定總體施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受水平,并根據(jù)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受水平對(duì)某些影響較大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素提出具體的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, long-span self-anchored suspension bridges have been appearing in many parts of our country. The structure form of which is composed of main cable, main beam, main tower and sling is beautiful and generous, and its shape is unique, which is loved by the designers of bridge, but its structure form is complex.It is difficult to design, the theory of structure calculation is not mature enough, and there are many high altitude operation and many uncertain factors in the construction process, which makes the construction of long span self-anchored suspension bridge difficult and prone to accidents.Therefore, in order to reduce the accidents and improve the quality of bridge engineering, it is necessary to evaluate the risk of long span self-anchored suspension bridge during construction.Based on the structural characteristics of long-span self-anchored suspension bridge, the following research is carried out on the construction risk assessment method: 1 this paper briefly introduces the current research situation of long-span self-anchored suspension bridge during construction period risk assessment.The basic concept of risk is expounded, the construction risk of long span self-anchored suspension bridge is defined, and the general process of risk assessment is introduced in this paper, which combines the characteristics of long-span self-anchored suspension bridge system.In risk identification, the bridge is divided into main tower, main girder and cable system, and the main risk factors and their relative weights during construction are determined.In the construction risk evaluation of bridge construction, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk level from the two angles of risk probability and risk consequence, and combines with the ALARP criterion to determine the risk acceptance level of the bridge construction risk factor ranking table 3. 3 in the construction risk evaluation, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk level.Finally, the "long span self-anchored suspension bridge construction risk assessment system" .4 based on "Songyuan Tianhe Bridge" as the project, using the "long span self-anchored suspension bridge construction risk assessment system" to carry out the risk assessment of the bridge.In order to determine the overall construction risk grade and risk acceptance level, the expert investigation method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the construction risk.According to the level of risk acceptance, the author puts forward specific countermeasures to some risk factors.
