城市軌道交通環(huán)境下的接運(yùn)公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,城市化率不斷提高,越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始往城鎮(zhèn)聚集。在城市的空間布局和發(fā)展成型過(guò)程中,必然繞不開(kāi)城市公共交通系統(tǒng)這個(gè)概念。對(duì)于城市公共交通系統(tǒng)中最重要的兩部分軌道交通與常規(guī)公交來(lái)說(shuō),隨著軌道交通建設(shè)力度的持續(xù)增大,與常規(guī)公交之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系已經(jīng)越來(lái)越明顯。如何協(xié)調(diào)兩者之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)揮各自?xún)?yōu)勢(shì)良性運(yùn)營(yíng),滿足居民日益增長(zhǎng)的出行需求已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)今城市交通問(wèn)題的重中之重。通過(guò)確立軌道交通在城市居民出行中的運(yùn)送主導(dǎo)地位,合理規(guī)劃常規(guī)公交網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為客流的輔助運(yùn)送方式,形成運(yùn)行良好的接運(yùn)系統(tǒng),可以有效緩解城市道路交通壓力。論文首先詳細(xì)闡述了軌道交通與常規(guī)公交的發(fā)展概況,對(duì)兩者的技術(shù)特性、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益特性、舒適度特性、可達(dá)性、機(jī)動(dòng)性做了分析比較,根據(jù)對(duì)比結(jié)果,確立了軌道交通的主導(dǎo)地位。在此基礎(chǔ)上,確定了軌道交通直接與間接客流吸引范圍的大小,介紹軌道交通間接客流的來(lái)源。其次,研究了接運(yùn)公交起訖點(diǎn)的確定以及起訖點(diǎn)布設(shè)的規(guī)劃原則。最后,以居民最小出行時(shí)間構(gòu)建模型,確定接運(yùn)公交的最優(yōu)站距,分析了中間站設(shè)置的規(guī)劃原則。結(jié)合城市道路實(shí)際情況,分析了接運(yùn)公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的思路與原則?偨Y(jié)了接運(yùn)線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃時(shí)涉及到的單線路與整體線網(wǎng)約束條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了對(duì)現(xiàn)有接運(yùn)公交線網(wǎng)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整方法和實(shí)施措施,采用“逐條布線,優(yōu)化成網(wǎng)”的方法對(duì)接運(yùn)線網(wǎng)實(shí)行優(yōu)化,以居民社會(huì)出行總時(shí)間最小以及站點(diǎn)接運(yùn)效率最高為目標(biāo)函數(shù)建立優(yōu)化模型,并通過(guò)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解。最后,結(jié)合蘇州軌道交通1號(hào)線及常規(guī)公交運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,確定了軌道交通接運(yùn)站點(diǎn),并對(duì)軌道交通吸引范圍內(nèi)的接運(yùn)公交提出了調(diào)整建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy in recent years and the increasing rate of urbanization, more and more people begin to gather in cities and towns.In the process of urban spatial layout and development, the concept of urban public transportation system is inevitable.For the two most important parts of urban public transport system, rail transit and conventional public transport, with the continuous increase of rail transit construction, the competition between rail transit and conventional public transport has become more and more obvious.How to coordinate the relationship between the two, give full play to their respective advantages of benign operation, to meet the increasing travel needs of residents has become the most important urban traffic problem.By establishing the dominant position of rail transit in urban residents' travel, rationally planning the conventional public transport network as the auxiliary transportation mode of passenger flow and forming a well-functioning transportation system, the urban road traffic pressure can be effectively alleviated.Firstly, the development of rail transit and conventional public transport is described in detail. The technical characteristics, economic benefits, comfort, reachability and mobility of the two systems are analyzed and compared.Established the dominant position of rail transit.On this basis, the attraction range of direct and indirect passenger flow of rail transit is determined, and the source of indirect passenger flow of rail transit is introduced.Secondly, the determination of the starting and ending point and the planning principle of the starting and ending point are studied.Finally, the optimal station distance is determined with the minimum travel time of residents, and the planning principle of intermediate station is analyzed.Based on the actual situation of urban roads, the train of thought and principle of bus network optimization are analyzed.In this paper, the constraints of single line and integral network in connection network planning are summarized.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the optimization adjustment method and implementation measures of the existing bus network, and adopts the method of "wiring one by one, optimizing the network" to optimize the connection network.The optimization model is established with the objective function of minimum travel time and the highest efficiency of station connection, and the optimization model is solved by genetic algorithm (GA).Finally, according to the current operation situation of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 1 and conventional public transportation, the rail transit station is determined, and the adjustment suggestions are put forward for the bus transportation within the attraction scope of rail transit.
