采用動態(tài)粘彈指數(shù)作為瀝青性能指標(biāo)的開發(fā)及驗證

【摘要】:為準(zhǔn)確評估瀝青的性質(zhì),提出基于流變力學(xué)的新指標(biāo)-動態(tài)粘彈指數(shù)(Dvi)。為了驗證這個新指標(biāo),采用Dvi對6種瀝青進(jìn)行了評估,同時采用瀝青路面分析儀和間接拉伸試驗對6種瀝青混合料的高溫和低溫特性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,Dvi和溫度表現(xiàn)出良好的相關(guān)性,且可以采用二次函數(shù)擬合。此外,曲線的斜率在50℃左右發(fā)生改變,且曲線可以分別采用線性模型進(jìn)行擬合。建議采用Dvi作為瀝青的高溫和低溫性能指標(biāo),因為Dvi和瀝青混合料的性能之間具有良好的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the properties of asphalt accurately, a new index based on rheological mechanics, dynamic viscoelastic index, was proposed.In order to verify this new index, six kinds of asphalt were evaluated by Dvi, and the characteristics of high temperature and low temperature of six kinds of asphalt mixture were studied by asphalt pavement analyzer and indirect tensile test.The results show that DVI has a good correlation with temperature and can be fitted by quadratic function.In addition, the slope of the curve changes at about 50 鈩,
