溫拌瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)特性與難易系數(shù)

【摘要】:為了研究溫拌瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)性能及其可壓實(shí)的難易程度,選用3種同品牌溫拌瀝青(ACMP1、ACMP2與ACMP3)和2種熱拌瀝青(70#基質(zhì)瀝青與SBS改性瀝青),制備了AC-13C型瀝青混合料,采用馬歇爾擊實(shí)試驗(yàn),變化不同的擊實(shí)次數(shù)和擊實(shí)溫度,測(cè)試了馬歇爾試件的壓實(shí)度和穩(wěn)定度,分析了其變化規(guī)律,建立了壓實(shí)度與擊實(shí)次數(shù)的指數(shù)回歸關(guān)系,引入了壓實(shí)成長曲率因子,定義了壓實(shí)難易系數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)度隨著擊實(shí)次數(shù)的增加而呈指數(shù)增長,初期增長較快,后期較慢,且最終趨于穩(wěn)定;在擊實(shí)溫度為90℃~150℃的范圍內(nèi),壓實(shí)度隨著擊實(shí)溫度的升高呈線性增長;馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度隨壓實(shí)度增大呈線性增長變化,符合傳統(tǒng)研究結(jié)果;溫拌瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)難易系數(shù)比熱拌瀝青混合料降低了13.5%~18.5%,具有較小的壓實(shí)難易系數(shù),更容易壓實(shí)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the compaction performance and compaction difficulty of warm mix asphalt mixture, three kinds of warm mixed asphalt (ACMP1, ACMP2 and ACMP3) and two kinds of hot mixed asphalt (Y70# base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt) were selected to prepare AC-13C asphalt mixture.By using Marshall compaction test, the compaction degree and stability of Marshall specimen are tested by varying compaction times and compaction temperatures, and the law of change is analyzed, and the exponential regression relationship between compaction degree and compaction number is established.The compaction growth curvature factor is introduced and the compaction coefficient is defined.The experimental results show that the compaction degree of asphalt mixture increases exponentially with the increase of compaction times, increases rapidly in the initial stage, slows down in the later stage, and finally tends to be stable, and in the range of 90 鈩,
