鋼筋混凝土T梁體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固研究

【摘要】:體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固作為主動加固方法的一個重要組成部分,現(xiàn)今越來越多的被應(yīng)用于各項加固工程當中,尤其是對一些舊鋼筋混凝土橋梁的加固,體外預(yù)應(yīng)力起到了良好的加固效果。體外預(yù)應(yīng)力相比于其他加固方法,有著整體性好、不存在應(yīng)力滯后、加固效果良好、施工不影響交通等優(yōu)點。我國體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固技術(shù)的研究相較于國外起步較晚,致使體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展還存在很大的空間,因此需要在體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固理論及實踐方面進行進一步的研究,以推動體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固技術(shù)在我國的發(fā)展。本文依托盤古大橋體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固工程,對鋼筋混凝土T型梁橋的體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固技術(shù)進行了研究,結(jié)合實際工程,分析了鋼筋混凝土T型梁橋容易產(chǎn)生的病害及其原因,并通過理論計算進行驗證;對體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固計算理論進行了研究,并以此為基礎(chǔ)確定了體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固方案;根據(jù)體外預(yù)應(yīng)力計算理論對加固后的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了驗算,驗證加固方案的合理性,并采用Midas FEA建立有限元模型,對錨固裝置受力分析,驗證其安全性;通過體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固過程監(jiān)控,保證施工安全及體外預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉效果,通過成橋荷載試驗來驗證加固效果。通過研究本文得出結(jié)論:體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固可以有效提高鋼筋混凝土T梁的剛度、強度,并能有效抑制裂縫的發(fā)展,提高原橋性能,對舊橋加固起到了一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the active reinforcement method of external prestressing reinforcement, and more and more are used in the reinforcement engineering, especially the reinforcement of some old reinforced concrete bridge, prestressed has good reinforcement effect. Compared to other external prestressed reinforcement method has good integrity, does not exist stress lag, reinforcement effect is good, the construction does not affect the traffic and other advantages. Research on reinforcement technology of external prestressing in China compared with foreign countries started late, resulting in the development of external prestressing technology in China has very large space, therefore need to strengthen the theory and practice of in vitro prestressed areas for further study, in order to promote external prestressed reinforcement technology development in China. Based on the bridge Pangu external prestressed reinforcement engineering technology of external prestressed reinforcement for reinforced concrete T beam bridge Operation is studied, combined with the actual project, analyzes the damage causes and reinforced concrete T beam bridge, and verified by theoretical calculation; the external prestress reinforcement calculation theory are studied, and on this basis to determine the party external prestressed reinforcement case; according to the calculation theory of external prestressed checking for structural reinforcement after the rationality verification of reinforcement scheme, and using Midas FEA to build the finite element model for stress analysis of anchorage device, verify its safety; strengthening process monitoring by external prestressing, ensure the construction safety and external prestressing effect, the bridge load test to verify the reinforcement effect. This paper draws the conclusion: can effectively improve the reinforced concrete T beam stiffness, external prestressing strength, and can effectively inhibit the development of cracks, improve the performance of the original bridge, the old bridge and It has been fixed to a certain reference value.
