鐵路中等跨度搶修鋼梁疲勞性能研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)鐵路鋼梁疲勞性能的研究發(fā)展緩慢,設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范比較陳舊。針對(duì)應(yīng)急搶修鋼梁疲勞問(wèn)題的特點(diǎn)更是認(rèn)知不足,技術(shù)水平在諸多方面都無(wú)法滿足我國(guó)搶修鋼橋的要求。近年來(lái),由于我國(guó)搶修鋼梁結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、裝拆迅速、隨機(jī)搭配、反復(fù)使用和一物多用等特性,而被廣泛應(yīng)用。但由于缺少相關(guān)規(guī)范的科學(xué)指導(dǎo),造成對(duì)搶修鋼梁的疲勞壽命認(rèn)識(shí)不足,使得實(shí)際使用中易發(fā)生疲勞破壞。故十分有必要開展對(duì)應(yīng)急搶修鋼梁疲勞壽命評(píng)估和抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì)方面的研究。本文依據(jù)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》、《鐵路橋梁搶修(建)技術(shù)規(guī)程》及概率論等相關(guān)知識(shí),以鐵路中等跨度搶修鋼梁為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用ANSYS等輔助軟件對(duì)該鋼梁的疲勞性能進(jìn)行深入的探究:首先,針對(duì)我國(guó)鐵路應(yīng)急搶修鋼梁現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中關(guān)于搶修鋼梁抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì)方面的不足之處,在歸納總結(jié)現(xiàn)有的抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合搶修鋼梁使用特點(diǎn)提出了一種可供我國(guó)鐵路應(yīng)急搶修鋼梁抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì)的簡(jiǎn)易方法。其次,針對(duì)搶修鋼梁重要部位的各個(gè)受力桿件,分別以東風(fēng)4型機(jī)車和C60型敞車兩種荷載形式引發(fā)的應(yīng)力幅對(duì)其進(jìn)行疲勞分析,探求其疲勞壽命。并通過(guò)對(duì)上述兩種荷載狀態(tài)下疲勞壽命對(duì)比分析研究,明確了5節(jié)敞車與單機(jī)機(jī)車對(duì)應(yīng)的疲勞壽命相同。最后,針對(duì)搶修鋼梁同類桿件在拼組過(guò)程中可隨機(jī)互換使用、重復(fù)應(yīng)用的特性,應(yīng)用名義應(yīng)力法和概率理論等方法,探求出任意隨掛敞車數(shù)量下的桿件及整體搶修鋼梁的疲勞壽命計(jì)算方法,并進(jìn)行了單機(jī)隨掛60節(jié)C60型敞車時(shí),桿件及整體搶修鋼梁的疲勞壽命評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:The research on fatigue properties of railway steel beams in China is slow and the design code is old.In view of the characteristics of emergency repair of steel beam fatigue problem is not enough, the technical level in many aspects can not meet the requirements of the repair of steel bridges in China.In recent years, steel beams in China have been widely used because of their simple structure, rapid assembly and disassembly, random collocation, repeated use and multi-purpose.However, due to the lack of scientific guidance of the relevant codes, the fatigue life of the steel beam repaired by rush repair is not well understood, and fatigue damage is easy to occur in practical use.So it is necessary to study the fatigue life evaluation and anti-fatigue design of emergency repair steel beam.Based on the relevant knowledge of Code for Design of Steel structures, Technical Specification for Emergency repair (Construction) of Railway Bridges and probability Theory, this paper takes steel beams with medium span as the research object.The fatigue performance of the steel beam is studied by using ANSYS and other auxiliary software. Firstly, aiming at the deficiency of the fatigue design of emergency repair steel beam in the current code of railway emergency repair in our country.On the basis of summing up the existing anti-fatigue design methods, a simple method of anti-fatigue design for railway emergency repair steel beams in China is put forward according to the characteristics of emergency repair steel beams.Secondly, the fatigue life of the steel beam is analyzed by using the stress amplitude caused by the two kinds of load forms of DF _ 4 locomotive and C _ 60 type open truck, aiming at the various bearing members in the important parts of the steel beam.By comparing and analyzing the fatigue life of the above two kinds of loads, it is clear that the fatigue life corresponding to the five-section open car is the same as that of the single locomotive.Finally, aiming at the characteristics of random interchangeable and repeated application of similar steel beam members in assembling process, the nominal stress method and probability theory are applied.In this paper, the fatigue life calculation method of bar and integral repair steel beam with arbitrary number of hoist trucks is obtained, and the fatigue life evaluation of bar and integral repair steel beam is carried out when 60 sections of C60 type open car are hung on a single machine.
