【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,是信息的時代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)在我們的生活中占據(jù)著越來越重要的位置。隨著我國經(jīng)濟水平的不斷提高,交通運輸業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,特別是道路運輸業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,在繁榮發(fā)展的背后,道路運輸行業(yè)管理中的問題也隨之而來。在大連也是同樣的,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式己不能滿足當(dāng)今紛繁多樣、荷載巨大的道路運輸行業(yè)發(fā)展需求,新的管理方式必須應(yīng)運而生。道路運輸信息化,從陌生到熟悉,從期盼到應(yīng)用,正在悄然改變著道路運輸行業(yè)。本文以此為背景,就大連市道路運輸信息化管理中出現(xiàn)的問題進行仔細(xì)剖析,認(rèn)真提出對策。本文主要對大連市道路運輸信息化管理運行現(xiàn)狀、大連市道路運輸信息化管理改進方案和大連市道路運輸信息化管理對策三個主要問題進行研究。在大連市道路運輸信息化管理運行現(xiàn)狀方面,主要基于大連市道路運輸信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)平臺的運行狀況,總結(jié)歸納在日常運行使用中出現(xiàn)的問題,分析大連市道路運輸信息化管理中問題的成因。在改進方案方面,針對現(xiàn)實中存在問題的成因,逐條梳理,對比國內(nèi)外道路運輸信息化現(xiàn)有模式,提出大連市道路運輸信息化管理工作的改進方案。在大連市道路運輸信息化管理對策方面,從政策和技術(shù)兩個角度,分別提出相應(yīng)對策,以此保障優(yōu)化大連市道路運輸信息化管理工作。此外還提出其他策略,對信息化工作提出更高的要求,幫助大連市道路運輸管理工作再上一個臺階。目前,針對大連市道路運輸信息化管理工作的分析和研究還不是很多,本文的研究成果可以為交通運輸主管部門提供信息化管理工作的優(yōu)化意見,豐富我國地域交通運輸信息化管理的理論。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the Internet era, is the information age, the network occupies the more and more important position in our life.With the continuous improvement of the economic level of our country, the transportation industry develops vigorously, especially the road transportation industry develops rapidly, behind the prosperity development, the problems in the road transportation industry management also follow.In Dalian, the traditional management mode can not meet the needs of the development of road transport industry, the new management must emerge as the times require.Road transportation information, from unfamiliar to familiar, from expectation to application, is quietly changing the road transport industry.Based on this background, this paper makes a careful analysis of the problems in the information management of road transportation in Dalian, and puts forward some countermeasures.In this paper, the current situation of road transportation information management in Dalian, the improvement scheme of road transportation information management in Dalian and the countermeasures of road transportation information management in Dalian are studied.In Dalian road transportation information management operation status quo, mainly based on Dalian road transportation information network system platform operation status, summed up in the daily operation of the problems,This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the information management of road transportation in Dalian.In the aspect of the improvement scheme, aiming at the causes of the problems in reality, combing the existing modes of road transportation informatization at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme of Dalian road transportation information management.In the aspect of information management of road transportation in Dalian, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the two aspects of policy and technology, so as to ensure the optimization of information management of road transportation in Dalian.In addition, other strategies are put forward to raise higher requirements for information work, and to help Dalian Road Transportation Management work to a higher level.At present, there is not much analysis and research on the information management of road transportation in Dalian. The research results of this paper can provide the traffic and transportation authorities with the advice on the optimization of the information management.Enrich the theory of regional transportation information management in China.
