長河大橋L1聯(lián)連續(xù)梁橋施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨基建行業(yè)的快速興起,橋梁在實際生活中扮演者一個不可替代的角色。其中連續(xù)橋梁的顯著特點為受力傳遞明確,因此在工程中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。在經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的二十一世紀,如何有效地提高運輸效率進而縮短橋梁的建設(shè)周期是當前的主要難題。當前國內(nèi)外的施工單位在建設(shè)連續(xù)梁橋時主要選取懸臂澆筑的施工方法。在施工過程中,需要保證臨時結(jié)構(gòu)的各項基本指標滿足要求,確保橋梁的施工質(zhì)量符合各方要求。本文針對長河大橋L1聯(lián)(35m+2×55m+35m)跨變截面預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋,其0#塊的滿堂支架設(shè)計計算、0#塊的臨時固結(jié)設(shè)計以及掛籃的設(shè)計計算、施工質(zhì)量控制都是要重點考慮的。本文主要對以下幾方面展開研究:1)結(jié)合國內(nèi)外文獻以及相關(guān)工程案例,對連續(xù)梁橋進行總結(jié),分析當前的發(fā)展狀況。此外對該類橋梁的施工工藝也加以闡述,總結(jié)并分析其優(yōu)點;2)根據(jù)澆筑支架的特點,對連續(xù)梁橋的0#塊碗扣式滿堂支架進行了設(shè)計與檢算;3)對0#塊臨時固結(jié)進行了分析計算,保證錨固材料的正確選用、固結(jié)的抗傾覆能力和臨時支墩的承壓能力;4)根據(jù)懸臂澆筑的特點,對本橋進行了菱形掛籃的設(shè)計與檢算;5)對連續(xù)梁的施工關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行系統(tǒng)的研究,為施工組織方案的制定提供了理論基礎(chǔ),并且就此設(shè)計出合理的質(zhì)量安全控制方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of infrastructure industry, bridge plays an irreplaceable role in real life.Continuous bridges are widely used in engineering because of their clear force transfer.In the 21 century of rapid economic development, how to effectively improve the transport efficiency and shorten the construction cycle of bridges is the main problem.At present, the construction methods of cantilever pouring are mainly selected in the construction of continuous beam bridges at home and abroad.In the construction process, it is necessary to ensure that the basic indexes of the temporary structure meet the requirements and the construction quality of the bridge meets the requirements of all parties.Aiming at the span of L _ 1 bridge with 35 m ~ 2 脳 55 m ~ (35 m) span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with variable cross section, the design and calculation of the temporary consolidation and the design of the hanging basket for the full hall support of its 0# block should be considered in detail in this paper. The construction quality control should be taken into account.In this paper, the following aspects of the study: 1) combined with domestic and foreign literature and related engineering cases, the continuous beam bridge is summarized, and the current development situation is analyzed.In addition, the construction technology of this kind of bridge is also expounded, and its advantages are summarized and analyzed. According to the characteristics of the pouring support, the design and checking calculation of the bowl-button full support of the continuous beam bridge are carried out, and the temporary consolidation of the 0# block is analyzed and calculated.According to the characteristics of cantilever pouring, the design and calculation of diamond hanging basket for this bridge are carried out, and the key joints of continuous beam construction are systematically studied.It provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of construction organization scheme, and designs a reasonable quality and safety control scheme.
