【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高導(dǎo)致城市規(guī)模擴(kuò)張與城市化進(jìn)程加快,機(jī)動(dòng)車以越來(lái)越快的速度進(jìn)入了居民的日常生活,作為私人小汽車的重要起訖點(diǎn),住區(qū)停車問(wèn)題日益凸顯。如何解決好住區(qū)停車空間問(wèn)題,是城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,也是提高住區(qū)居民生活質(zhì)量的焦點(diǎn)。論文在綜合分析近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外住區(qū)停車空間研究文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于停車空間研究成果,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,分析了住區(qū)停車空間存在的問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)空間活力性的構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行分與提煉,歸納與總結(jié)�；诳臻g活力的基本要素,提出增強(qiáng)住區(qū)停車空間活力性的具體措施與手段。第一,以人性化設(shè)計(jì)提升住區(qū)停車空間的活力性,主要從尺度、功能、美化、藝術(shù)、安全等角度進(jìn)行論證。第二,以智能化管理提升住區(qū)停車空間的活力性,從我國(guó)目前小區(qū)管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合新時(shí)代的信息技術(shù),完善了住區(qū)停車的運(yùn)營(yíng)與管理。第三,以生態(tài)學(xué)途徑提升住區(qū)停車空間的活力性,滿足了住區(qū)的生態(tài)、節(jié)能要求。通過(guò)以上幾方面的深入探討與研究,推動(dòng)未來(lái)住區(qū)人、車、環(huán)境和諧共存的大力發(fā)展。本文從活力性視角出發(fā),探尋更加有效、少破壞、少浪費(fèi)、高技術(shù)的可持續(xù)建設(shè)方法,探尋具有親切感、人性化、生態(tài)性、科學(xué)性、強(qiáng)歸屬的現(xiàn)代城市住區(qū)停車空間營(yíng)建的模式。對(duì)住區(qū)停車空間的設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的理論及實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the city scale expansion and the urbanization process are accelerated, the motor vehicle enters the daily life of the residents more and more quickly, as the important starting point of the private car.The problem of parking in residential areas is becoming increasingly prominent.How to solve the parking space problem is the key to the sustainable development of the city and the focus of improving the quality of life of the residents.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the parking space research literature at home and abroad in recent years, the paper combs the research results of parking space at home and abroad, and analyzes the existing problems of parking space in residential area through the investigation of the present situation.On this basis, the constituent elements of spatial vitality are divided and refined, summarized and summarized.Based on the basic elements of space vitality, the concrete measures and means of enhancing parking space vitality in residential areas are put forward.First, improve the vitality of parking space by humanized design, mainly from the aspects of scale, function, beautification, art, safety and so on.Secondly, with intelligent management to improve the vitality of residential parking space, starting from the current situation of community management in China, combined with the new era of information technology, the operation and management of residential parking has been improved.Third, the ecological approach to improve the vitality of residential parking space to meet the ecological, energy requirements.Through the above several aspects of in-depth exploration and research, promote the future residential area people, cars, environment harmonious coexistence vigorously.From the perspective of vitality, this paper explores more effective, less destructive, less wasteful and high-tech sustainable construction methods, exploring affinity, humanization, ecology and science.Strong ownership of modern urban settlements parking space construction model.It has certain theoretical and practical value for the design of parking space in residential area.
