基于CT掃描的環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土裂縫觀測與沖擊損傷演化研究

【摘要】:環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土是一種新型路面鋪裝材料。本文估算了道路使用過程發(fā)生"跳車"現(xiàn)象時貨車車輪對路面產(chǎn)生的沖擊荷載,根據(jù)計算結(jié)果,利用落錘沖擊試驗機對含有不同程度初始損傷的環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土試件進行多次沖擊試驗,研究其沖擊疲勞現(xiàn)象。為了準(zhǔn)確描述環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土的初始損傷,采用CT(計算機斷層)掃描技術(shù)重構(gòu)了試件的立體圖像,對其中的內(nèi)部裂縫進行了統(tǒng)計,建立了初始損傷裂縫體積占試件體積的百分比與基于材料彈性模量衰減的損傷變量之間的關(guān)系。通過追蹤經(jīng)受一定次數(shù)沖擊后試件的彈性模量,分析了不同程度初始損傷下環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土的沖擊損傷隨沖擊次數(shù)的變化規(guī)律;結(jié)合多次沖擊荷載下環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土彈性模量的衰減,研究了初始損傷對環(huán)氧樹脂基混凝土沖擊疲勞過程中損傷演化規(guī)律的影響。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin based concrete is a new pavement pavement material.In this paper, the impact load on the pavement caused by the wheel of the freight car is estimated when the phenomenon of "jump" occurs in the course of road use, and according to the calculation results,The impact fatigue phenomenon of epoxy resin based concrete specimens with different initial damage was studied by impact test machine.In order to accurately describe the initial damage of epoxy resin based concrete, the three-dimensional images of the specimens were reconstructed by CT (computed Tomography) scanning technique, and the internal cracks were statistically analyzed.The relationship between the percentage of initial crack volume and specimen volume and the damage variables based on the attenuation of elastic modulus of materials is established.By tracing the elastic modulus of the specimens subjected to a certain number of shocks, the variation of the impact damage with the impact times of epoxy resin based concrete with different initial damage is analyzed.Combined with the attenuation of elastic modulus of epoxy based concrete under multiple impact loads, the effect of initial damage on damage evolution of epoxy based concrete during impact fatigue was studied.
