地鐵區(qū)間隧道“樁洞法”施工掌子面變形控制技術研究

【摘要】:依托濟南市軌道交通R1線玉符河站-王府莊站區(qū)間隧道淺覆土長距離穿越城市主干道(劉長山路)工程,提出了一種無礙交通、節(jié)能環(huán)保、產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平高、環(huán)境污染小的綠色快速裝配式區(qū)間隧道施工新方法——樁洞法,并詳細研究了采用圍巖自穩(wěn)放坡+機械護盾支撐的掌子面變形控制方案.研究結(jié)果表明:不同的放坡角度工況下,掌子面安全性能指數(shù)不同;隨著放坡角度從40°增至45°、50°、60°,最危險滑動面安全系數(shù)從1.649逐漸減至1.528、1.408、1.221;隨著護盾前插長度的增加,坡體安全系數(shù)、坡頂沉降和坡面水平位移變化不敏感.當放坡角度為60°+護盾前插深度為1.0m時,掌子面變形安全系數(shù)為1.19,確保了掌子面開挖的安全可控;研究成果可為類似條件下掌子面穩(wěn)定控制提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Relying on the tunnel between Yufuhe station and Wangfuzhuang station of Jinan rail transit line R1, which passes through the main urban road (Liuchang Mountain Road) in a long distance with shallow soil, the paper puts forward a kind of project, which is unobstructed traffic, energy saving and environmental protection, and high level of industrialization. A new method of construction of green fast assembly interval tunnel with little environmental pollution, pile and hole method, is studied in detail. The control scheme of face deformation is studied in detail, which is supported by mechanical shield braced by surrounding rock self-stabilizing caving slope. The research results show that under different slope angle conditions, The safety performance index of palm surface is different; with the slope angle increasing from 40 擄to 45 擄/ 50 擄/ 60 擄, the safety factor of the most dangerous sliding surface is gradually reduced from 1.649 to 1.528 / 1.408 / 1.221; with the increase of shield forward insertion length, the slope safety factor increases, The slope top settlement and horizontal displacement are insensitive. When the slope angle is 60 擄shield forward insertion depth is 1.0 m, the face deformation safety factor is 1.19, which ensures the safety and controllability of the face excavation. The research results can provide the basis for the stability control of palm surface under similar conditions.
