近水平巖層隧道塌方機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:在隧道實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中,不可避免的遇到水平層狀巖體。隧道在水平層狀巖體中開挖,由于水平巖層的構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)以及層面的存在,隧道支護(hù)以及圍巖的受力變形將受到很大程度的影響。其受力形式主要由水平巖層的構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)決定。本文采用理論分析和數(shù)值分析相結(jié)合的方法,基于實(shí)際隧道塌方實(shí)例,分析水平巖層隧道的受力變形特點(diǎn),對(duì)水平巖層隧道塌方機(jī)理進(jìn)行探究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有:①?gòu)乃綆r層構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)出發(fā),在分析層面的基礎(chǔ)上,分析水平巖層的構(gòu)造變形特征,對(duì)隧道圍巖失穩(wěn)類型和穩(wěn)定性因素進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)水平巖層破壞模式。②依托城口至萬(wàn)源快速公路通道水平巖層石塘隧道,利用有限元軟件ANSYS建立石塘隧道的數(shù)值模擬模型,對(duì)石塘隧道的受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,了解水平巖層隧道施工過(guò)程中圍巖與支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)變形特征,同時(shí)將數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,論證數(shù)值模擬的可靠性。③根據(jù)石塘隧道施工的具體情況,利用ANSYS軟件建立隧道貫通段開挖的三維模型,研究隧道開挖過(guò)程中,圍巖以及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力、變形規(guī)律。④針對(duì)爆破振動(dòng)的影響,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件,建立石塘隧道三維爆破振動(dòng)模型,研究爆破振動(dòng)條件下,圍巖以及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的響應(yīng),分析爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)水平巖層隧道穩(wěn)定性的影響。⑤基于石塘隧道塌方實(shí)例,結(jié)合平面模型、三維模型和爆破振動(dòng)模型的研究結(jié)果,對(duì)萬(wàn)源石塘隧道塌方進(jìn)行分析,研究水平巖層隧道塌方的過(guò)程與受力變形破壞機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:In the process of tunnel construction, it is inevitable to encounter horizontal layered rock mass.Tunnel excavation in horizontal layered rock mass, due to the structural characteristics of horizontal strata and the existence of layers, tunnel support and surrounding rock deformation will be greatly affected.Its stress form is mainly determined by the structural characteristics of horizontal strata.In this paper, the method of combining theoretical analysis with numerical analysis is used to analyze the deformation characteristics of horizontal rock stratum tunnel based on the actual tunnel collapse example, and the mechanism of horizontal rock stratum tunnel collapse is explored.The main research contents are as follows: from the structural characteristics of horizontal strata, on the basis of analysis, the structural deformation characteristics of horizontal strata are analyzed, and the instability types and stability factors of tunnel surrounding rock are analyzed.This paper summarizes the horizontal rock failure mode .2 based on the horizontal rock stratum tunnel of Chengkou to Wanyuan Expressway. The numerical simulation model of the tunnel is established by using finite element software ANSYS, and the stress state of the tunnel is studied.To understand the mechanical deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and supporting structure during the construction of horizontal rock tunnel, and to compare the numerical simulation results with the field construction monitoring data.The reliability of numerical simulation .3 according to the concrete situation of Shitang tunnel construction, using ANSYS software to establish the three-dimensional model of tunnel through section excavation, to study the stress of surrounding rock and supporting structure during tunnel excavation.According to the influence of blasting vibration, the three-dimensional blasting vibration model of Shitang tunnel is established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the response of surrounding rock and supporting structure under blasting vibration is studied.Analysis of the influence of blasting Vibration on the Stability of horizontal Rock Tunnel based on the example of collapse in Shitang tunnel, combined with the research results of plane model, three-dimensional model and blasting vibration model, the collapse of Wanyuan Shitang tunnel is analyzed.The process of horizontal rock tunnel collapse and the mechanism of deformation and failure are studied.
