【摘要】:重載鐵路運(yùn)輸因其運(yùn)能大、效率高而被越來越多的國(guó)家推廣應(yīng)用,由于單元列車軸重的加大、列車牽引質(zhì)量的提升及行車密度的增大,鐵路橋梁的病害也逐漸顯露出來。本文以重載鐵路橋梁管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用實(shí)施為目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)研究動(dòng)態(tài)掌握重載鐵路橋梁健康狀況的方法,建立集橋梁信息采集、狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)、決策于一體的管理體系,為橋梁的安全運(yùn)營(yíng)提供技術(shù)保障。論文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)重載運(yùn)輸對(duì)既有鐵路橋梁的影響與橋梁病害分析。對(duì)重載鐵路橋梁在不同軸重列車作用下的相關(guān)力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究,歸納總結(jié)了橋梁在大軸重重載運(yùn)輸下的力學(xué)特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合重載鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,分析總結(jié)了重載鐵路橋梁常見病害。(2)重載鐵路橋梁劣化評(píng)定管理和特殊檢查評(píng)定管理。研究了基于外觀檢測(cè)的橋梁狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)方法,重點(diǎn)研究了橋梁劣化狀態(tài)綜合評(píng)定方法,以層次分析法為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)重載鐵路橋梁的特點(diǎn),建立了橋梁劣化評(píng)定模型及評(píng)定體系,通過對(duì)重載鐵路上兩座橋梁的劣化狀態(tài)評(píng)定,驗(yàn)證了此種方法的實(shí)用性;研究了基于橋梁特殊檢查的力學(xué)性能評(píng)定方法,重點(diǎn)研究了運(yùn)營(yíng)性能試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)橋梁工作狀況的方法,提出了橋梁運(yùn)營(yíng)性能試驗(yàn)的評(píng)定流程,根據(jù)歸納出的各個(gè)規(guī)范限值的影響因素,提出了實(shí)測(cè)值與規(guī)范值比較的自動(dòng)化實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。(3)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)重載鐵路橋梁管理信息系統(tǒng)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)橋梁狀態(tài)評(píng)定、養(yǎng)護(hù)維修項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先排序的自動(dòng)化,設(shè)計(jì)了重載鐵路橋梁管理信息系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)組成模塊和功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)重載鐵路橋梁信息查詢、狀態(tài)評(píng)定及維修養(yǎng)護(hù)項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先排序的管理軟件系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Heavy haul railway transportation is popularized and applied in more and more countries because of its large capacity and high efficiency. Because of the increase of axle load of unit train, the improvement of train traction quality and the increase of driving density, The disease of railway bridge is gradually revealed. This paper aims at the application and implementation of heavy haul railway bridge management information system, focuses on studying the method of dynamically mastering the health condition of heavy haul railway bridge, establishing the collection of bridge information and the evaluation of the state of the bridge. A management system that integrates decision-making, This paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) the influence of heavy haul transportation on existing railway bridges and the analysis of bridge diseases. Correlation of heavy haul railway bridges under the action of different axle load trains. The mechanical parameters are analyzed and studied. The mechanical characteristics of the bridge under the heavy load and heavy load transportation are summarized, and combined with the operation of the heavy haul railway, This paper analyzes and summarizes the deterioration assessment management and special inspection assessment management of heavy haul railway bridge, and studies the evaluation method of bridge state based on appearance detection, and focuses on the comprehensive evaluation method of bridge deterioration state. Based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and according to the characteristics of heavy-haul railway bridges, a bridge deterioration evaluation model and evaluation system are established. The practicability of this method is verified by evaluating the deterioration status of two bridges on the heavy-haul railway. This paper studies the evaluation method of mechanical performance based on special inspection of bridge, especially the method of evaluating the working condition of bridge by operation performance test, and puts forward the evaluation flow of bridge operation performance test. According to the influence factors of the limit value of each specification, the automatic realization method of comparing the measured value with the standard value is put forward. The design and development of the heavy haul railway bridge management information system is presented. The automation of maintenance and repair project priority, the design of each component module and function of the heavy haul railway bridge management information system, the realization of the heavy haul railway bridge information query, A management software system that prioritizes status assessment and maintenance and maintenance projects.
