【摘要】:在全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,廣東省由于特殊的地理位置和氣候特征,在這種地質(zhì)條件下修筑高等級(jí)公路,給施工和管理都將帶來(lái)很大困難。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),由于地質(zhì)條件的隨機(jī)性、施工環(huán)境的多樣性,以及問(wèn)題本身的復(fù)雜性,使得國(guó)省道公路養(yǎng)護(hù)資金額度撥付額度組成復(fù)雜,各地養(yǎng)護(hù)人、機(jī)械設(shè)備配置差異大,公路養(yǎng)護(hù)效果不統(tǒng)一,一些地方養(yǎng)護(hù)質(zhì)量差。為進(jìn)一步分析公路養(yǎng)護(hù)造價(jià)現(xiàn)狀特征,更加全面合理地進(jìn)行公路養(yǎng)護(hù)工作,有效地控制公路養(yǎng)護(hù)造價(jià),需形成適合行業(yè)規(guī)律和行業(yè)管理需要的國(guó)省道建設(shè)養(yǎng)護(hù)定額,為規(guī)范廣東省公路造價(jià)管理提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。論文闡述了公路養(yǎng)護(hù)定額影響的相關(guān)因素并進(jìn)行分析研究。首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀及我國(guó)公路養(yǎng)護(hù)現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題。然后介紹了養(yǎng)護(hù)定額測(cè)算的一些辦法,重點(diǎn)介紹了陜西課題中所運(yùn)用到的系數(shù)指標(biāo)法,最后說(shuō)明了幾點(diǎn)測(cè)算中所考慮的因素。本文重點(diǎn)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié)影響公路養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用的相關(guān)因素人工、材料和機(jī)械費(fèi)用,并且通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié)其合理性。在上述討論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合廣東省干線公路養(yǎng)護(hù)定額測(cè)算的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合交通量等相關(guān)因素建立多元回歸模型,對(duì)廣東省干線公路日常小修保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用的測(cè)算項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),通過(guò)各種模型的對(duì)比分析,并驗(yàn)證模型的適用性、可行性。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a well-off society and modernization in an all-round way, due to its special geographical location and climatic characteristics, the construction of high-grade highways under such geological conditions will bring great difficulties to the construction and management of Guangdong Province for a long time. Due to the randomness of geological conditions, the diversity of the construction environment and the complexity of the problems themselves, the composition of the quota of funds allocated for the maintenance of national provincial highways is complicated, and there are great differences in the distribution of maintenance personnel and machinery and equipment in various places. The effect of highway maintenance is not uniform, and the maintenance quality is poor in some places. In order to further analyze the current characteristics of highway maintenance cost, carry out more comprehensive and reasonable highway maintenance work, and effectively control the highway maintenance cost, It is necessary to form a maintenance quota for the construction and maintenance of national provincial highways that are suitable for the laws of the trade and the needs of industry management, In order to provide the basis for standardizing the highway cost management in Guangdong Province, the paper expounds the relevant factors affecting highway maintenance quota and makes an analysis and study. Firstly, it introduces the current research situation at home and abroad and the existing highway maintenance in our country at present. Then introduced some methods of calculating the maintenance quota, This paper mainly introduces the coefficient index method used in Shaanxi project, and finally explains the factors considered in the calculation. This paper summarizes the related factors that affect the highway maintenance cost through data analysis, such as labor, material and machinery cost. On the basis of the above discussion and analysis, combined with the relevant data and actual situation of Guangdong Province trunk highway maintenance quota calculation, combined with traffic volume and other related factors, a multivariate regression model was established. This paper analyzes and summarizes the calculation items of daily minor repair and maintenance cost of Guangdong trunk highway, compares and analyzes various models, and verifies the applicability and feasibility of the model.
