瀝青混合料裝料、卸料過程中的離析研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面是我國公路路面結(jié)構(gòu)的主要形式,瀝青混合料在整個(gè)施工過程中產(chǎn)生的離析,容易使路面出現(xiàn)早期病害破壞現(xiàn)象,大大縮短瀝青路面的使用壽命。所以認(rèn)識(shí)混合料離析和路面離析之間的關(guān)系,研究瀝青混合料在施工過程中的離析,提出相應(yīng)的減少離析的措施,對(duì)減少瀝青路面早期病害和提高路面使用質(zhì)量有重要意義。分析各種離析類型的形成機(jī)理和對(duì)路面早期病害的破壞機(jī)理,并對(duì)各種路面離析檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析。結(jié)合瀝青混合料的施工特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)分析了集料離析在整個(gè)瀝青路面生產(chǎn)過程各環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出了相應(yīng)減少離析的控制措施。混合料在裝料和卸料過程中發(fā)生的豎向位移較大,容易產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的集料離析現(xiàn)象,所以選擇混合料的裝料和卸料過程做離析研究,通過對(duì)集料進(jìn)行不同顏色染色并用透明的膠結(jié)材料替代瀝青,即用染色集料和膠水在常溫下拌和替代熱拌瀝青混合料,用自制試驗(yàn)裝置室內(nèi)模擬裝料和卸料過程,用圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)試驗(yàn)所得截面圖像進(jìn)行處理,用格子方差法計(jì)算出混合料的整體均勻度,提出用均勻度作為評(píng)價(jià)混合料離析的指標(biāo),即混合料均勻度越小,集料離析越嚴(yán)重。試驗(yàn)分別研究了級(jí)配對(duì)離析的影響關(guān)系、裝料試驗(yàn)運(yùn)輸車車廂底部構(gòu)造對(duì)離析的影響、卸料試驗(yàn)運(yùn)輸車車廂升起不同角度對(duì)離析的影響,通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)圖像處理和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)得出,相同試驗(yàn)過程不同級(jí)配混合料離析程度:AC-20AC-13SMA-13,裝料試驗(yàn)過程中車廂底部加兩側(cè)擋板可以減少混合料離析,卸料試驗(yàn)過程中運(yùn)輸車升起角度越大,混合料越以整體形式落料,車廂里上下層集料相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)較小,混合料越均勻離析越少。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is the main form of highway pavement structure in China. The segregation of asphalt mixture in the whole construction process makes the pavement appear early damage phenomenon. The service life of asphalt pavement is shortened greatly. Therefore, the relationship between mixture segregation and pavement segregation is recognized, the segregation of asphalt mixture in construction process is studied, and the corresponding measures to reduce segregation are put forward. It is of great significance to reduce the early diseases of asphalt pavement and improve the pavement quality. The formation mechanism of various segregation types and the failure mechanism of early pavement diseases are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of pavement segregation detection methods are analyzed. Combined with the construction characteristics of asphalt mixture, the causes of aggregate segregation in each link of the whole asphalt pavement production process are analyzed emphatically. The vertical displacement of mixture in the process of loading and unloading is larger, and it is easy to produce serious aggregate segregation phenomenon, so the segregation of the mixture during loading and unloading is studied. By dyeing aggregates in different colors and replacing asphalt with transparent cementing materials, that is, mixing and replacing hot mix asphalt mixtures with dyed aggregates and glue at room temperature, a self-made test device is used to simulate the loading and unloading process. The image processing technology is used to process the cross-section image obtained from the test, and the overall uniformity of mixture is calculated by the lattice variance method, and the uniformity is used as the index to evaluate the segregation of mixture, that is, the smaller the uniformity of mixture, the smaller the mixture uniformity is. The more serious the aggregate segregation is, the more serious the segregation is. The influence of gradation on segregation is studied respectively, the influence of loading test truck bottom structure on segregation, and the influence of different angle of unloading truck car on segregation are studied. According to the image processing and data statistics of the test, the segregation degree of different gradation mixture: AC-20AC-13SMA-13SMA-13 is obtained in the same test process, and the segregation of the mixture can be reduced by adding two side baffles to the bottom of the car during the loading test. In the process of unloading test, the bigger the lift angle of the truck is, the more the mixture is blanked in an integral form, the smaller the relative movement of the aggregate in the upper and lower layers of the car is, and the less the mixture is more evenly segregated.
