水泥路面加鋪單層瀝青混合料施工關鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水泥路面具有剛度大、荷載擴散能力強、穩(wěn)定性好的特點,因而成為高等級公路路面結(jié)構(gòu)的主要類型之一。截至2014年,我國水泥路面占全部有鋪裝路面的比例為73.5%。水泥路面存量巨大,其中一些路面由于接近設計壽命、路面病害等原因而面臨著養(yǎng)護和改造的現(xiàn)狀。水泥路面加鋪瀝青層通常采用兩層或三層加鋪結(jié)構(gòu),茂湛高速公路采用6cm單層瀝青加鋪結(jié)構(gòu),存在反射裂縫防治、平整度控制、壓實度控制等施工技術(shù)難點,為此開展以下四個方面的研究工作。首先,研究了水泥路面加鋪瀝青混合料反射裂縫產(chǎn)生機理,分析了三種類型防治技術(shù)的原理及優(yōu)缺點,針對玻纖格柵防治反射裂縫進行了疲勞模擬試驗。其次,研究了瀝青加鋪層平整度傳遞的影響因素,在此基礎上推導出瀝青加鋪層平整度的標準差數(shù)學模型,并分析了4種自動找平系統(tǒng)基準的特性。再次,針對茂湛高速公路加鋪工程制定了相應的施工工藝,在施工過程中采用施工溫度監(jiān)測、攤鋪振動頻率監(jiān)測、壓實設備速度-振動頻率匹配監(jiān)測、初始密實度監(jiān)測等作業(yè)質(zhì)量控制技術(shù);并在深汕高速公路加鋪項目進行了相應的試驗。最后,對依托工程茂湛高速公路加鋪項目進行了工后檢測和通車半年后檢測,檢測結(jié)果評級為優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Cement pavement is one of the main types of high grade highway pavement structure because of its high stiffness, load diffusion ability and stability. As of 2014, The proportion of cement pavement in China is 73.5. the stock of cement pavement is huge, some of which are close to the design life. Pavement diseases and other reasons are faced with the status quo of maintenance and reconstruction. Cement pavement overlay asphalt layer usually adopts two or three layers overlay structure, Mao-Zhan highway adopts 6cm single-layer asphalt overlay structure, there are reflective cracks prevention and control, flatness control, etc. For this reason, the following four aspects of the research work are carried out. Firstly, the mechanism of reflective cracks of cement pavement overlay asphalt mixture is studied, and the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the three types of prevention techniques are analyzed. The fatigue simulation test of glass fiber grille for preventing reflective cracks is carried out. Secondly, the factors affecting the smoothness transfer of asphalt overlay are studied, and the mathematical model of standard deviation of asphalt overlay smoothness is derived. The characteristics of four kinds of datum of automatic leveling system are analyzed. Thirdly, the corresponding construction technology is established for the overlay project of Mao-Zhan Expressway. In the process of construction, temperature monitoring and spreading vibration frequency monitoring are adopted. The operation quality control techniques such as velocity-vibration frequency matching monitoring, initial compactness monitoring of compaction equipment are carried out, and the corresponding tests are carried out in the overlay project of Shen-Shantou Expressway. The overlay project of Mao-Zhan Expressway was tested after work and half a year after opening to traffic, and the test result was excellent.
