基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的瀝青混合料紫外線老化影響因素研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)青藏高原、內(nèi)蒙古高原、陜甘黃土高原地區(qū)海拔高氣壓低、太陽(yáng)年輻射時(shí)數(shù)長(zhǎng),因強(qiáng)紫外線輻射引起的瀝青路面老化現(xiàn)象日趨嚴(yán)重,瀝青混合料的紫外線老化問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。分析瀝青混合料紫外線老化影響因素,認(rèn)識(shí)不同因素對(duì)瀝青混合料紫外線老化的影響規(guī)律,對(duì)深入研究瀝青混合料紫外線老化現(xiàn)象及老化機(jī)理具有重要的意義。論文首先對(duì)太陽(yáng)紫外輻射光譜及瀝青紫外老化機(jī)理做了簡(jiǎn)要分析,確定使用與太陽(yáng)紫外輻射光譜相似的紫外高壓汞燈作為光源,構(gòu)建室內(nèi)紫外線老化環(huán)境箱,然后從紫外線輻射強(qiáng)度及輻射時(shí)長(zhǎng)、瀝青性質(zhì)、礦料級(jí)配、油石比四個(gè)方面,通過(guò)室內(nèi)紫外線老化試驗(yàn),以動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度和低溫劈裂強(qiáng)度作為高低溫性能的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)瀝青混合料紫外線老化影響因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,給出了各因素對(duì)瀝青混合料高低溫性能紫外線老化的影響規(guī)律,最后運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法對(duì)瀝青混合料紫外線老化影響因素進(jìn)行分析,明確了動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度及低溫劈裂強(qiáng)度紫外線老化影響因素的排序,為強(qiáng)紫外線輻射地區(qū)瀝青路面的設(shè)計(jì)工作提供理論依據(jù)。外部環(huán)境因素,尤其是紫外線輻射強(qiáng)度是影響瀝青混合料高低溫性能紫外線老化的最主要因素。從關(guān)鍵篩孔通過(guò)率及瀝青性能指標(biāo)的排序來(lái)看,礦料級(jí)配對(duì)瀝青混合料高低溫性能紫外線老化的影響程度大于瀝青結(jié)合料。在級(jí)配組成中,0.075mm篩孔通過(guò)率對(duì)動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度紫外線老化的影響最大,而4.75mm篩孔通過(guò)率對(duì)低溫劈裂強(qiáng)度紫外線老化的影響最大;在瀝青性能指標(biāo)中,軟化點(diǎn)對(duì)動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度紫外線老化的影響較大,而針入度對(duì)低溫劈裂強(qiáng)度紫外線老化的影響較大。
[Abstract]:In China, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Inner Mongolia Plateau and the Shaanxi-Gansu Loess Plateau area have high air pressure, long annual solar radiation hours, and the aging phenomenon of asphalt pavement caused by strong ultraviolet radiation is becoming more and more serious. People pay more and more attention to the problem of ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture, and recognizes the influence law of different factors on ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture. It is of great significance to study the ultraviolet aging phenomenon and aging mechanism of asphalt mixture. Firstly, the ultraviolet radiation spectrum of the sun and the ultraviolet aging mechanism of asphalt are briefly analyzed in this paper. The ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp, which is similar to the ultraviolet radiation spectrum of the sun, is used as the light source to construct the indoor ultraviolet aging environment box. Then the ultraviolet radiation intensity and radiation duration, the asphalt property, the gradation of the mineral aggregate and the ratio of oil and stone are four aspects. Taking dynamic stability and low temperature splitting strength as the evaluation index of high and low temperature performance, the influence factors of ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture were studied in detail through ultraviolet aging test. The influence of various factors on the ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture at high and low temperature is given. Finally, the influence factors of ultraviolet aging of asphalt mixture are analyzed by using grey relation analysis method. The order of influence factors of dynamic stability and low temperature splitting strength on ultraviolet aging is determined, which provides theoretical basis for the design of asphalt pavement in the area of strong ultraviolet radiation. In particular, the ultraviolet radiation intensity is the most important factor that affects the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture. The influence of mineral gradation on the UV aging of asphalt mixture at high and low temperature is greater than that on bituminous binder. In the gradation composition, the passing rate of 0.075mm sieve hole has the greatest influence on the dynamic stability of UV aging. However, the pass rate of 4.75mm sieve hole has the greatest effect on the UV aging of low temperature splitting strength, and the softening point has a great effect on the dynamic stability ultraviolet aging, while the penetration on the low temperature splitting strength UV aging.
