環(huán)保型降溫微表處制備及其功效

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)材料的降溫及凈化尾氣等環(huán)境功效,以技術(shù)成熟的微表處為載體,通過摻加功能性材料制備了環(huán)保型降溫微表處,采用自制的室內(nèi)、外降溫測試裝置和凈化尾氣測試裝置,全面評價(jià)了不同類型環(huán)保型降溫微表處降溫和凈化尾氣功效,系統(tǒng)研究了環(huán)保型降溫微表處路用性能,并揭示了其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及功效作用機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)配型(WHT+WHTA)微表處降溫和凈化尾氣功效最優(yōu),其次為WHTA微表處和WHT微表處;環(huán)保型降溫微表處降溫效果隨路面溫度的升高逐漸增強(qiáng),室外降溫幅度可達(dá)5.9℃,室內(nèi)降溫幅度可達(dá)6.5℃;環(huán)保型降溫微表處對COx,NOx及SO2氣體污染物的凈化效果可達(dá)43%,對PM2.5和PM10顆粒污染物的凈化效果可達(dá)59%;溫度變化對單一類型環(huán)保型降溫微表處WHT和WHTA的凈化效率影響顯著,對復(fù)配型(WHT+WHTA)微表處凈化效率影響相對較小;不同類型環(huán)保型降溫微表處路用性能良好;功能性材料穩(wěn)定、均勻地分散于乳化瀝青中,并引起了材料內(nèi)部化學(xué)官能團(tuán)組成的變化;環(huán)保型微表處降溫及凈化尾氣功效主要源于由基礎(chǔ)材料自身晶體結(jié)構(gòu)特征引發(fā)的功能性材料自身極化效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the environmental efficacy of pavement preventive maintenance materials, such as cooling and purifying tail gas, the environmentally friendly cooling micro-surface was prepared by adding functional materials, and the self-made micro-surface was used as the carrier. The efficiency of cooling and purifying tail gas at different types of environmental protection micrometers was evaluated, and the road performance of environmental protection micrometers was studied systematically. The results showed that the cooling and purifying efficiency of the complex WHT WHTA microsurface was the best, followed by the WHTA microsurface and the WHT microsurface. With the increase of pavement temperature, the cooling effect of environmental protection type cooling micro-surface is gradually enhanced, the range of outdoor cooling can reach 5.9 鈩,
