【摘要】：港口物流作為全球綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要功能性節(jié)點(diǎn),是現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成。港口物流的內(nèi)涵隨著港口功能的發(fā)展,由傳統(tǒng)貨物搬運(yùn)到綜合物流中心轉(zhuǎn)變。目前,世界主要港口都加快了物流業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。港口要發(fā)展必須確保港口物流快速可持續(xù)發(fā)展。這也是保持市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的最有效途徑。泉州正在通過(guò)港口開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)推動(dòng)城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:充分發(fā)揮港口優(yōu)勢(shì),逐步形成液體散貨、外貿(mào)集裝箱和國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易集裝箱等貨物運(yùn)輸樞紐;通過(guò)吸引大型物流組織,發(fā)展裝卸貨物、現(xiàn)代物流和臨港綜合物流服務(wù)。在港口物流公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的制定決定了港口物流公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的強(qiáng)弱,甚至成敗。本文以A港口物流公司為研究對(duì)象。首先是公司現(xiàn)狀分析,接著是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略方案設(shè)計(jì),最后提出了落實(shí)和控制實(shí)施。本文的研究應(yīng)用了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論,以泉州港口物流業(yè)為行業(yè)研究對(duì)象,以國(guó)有企業(yè)A港口物流公司作為實(shí)證案例,通過(guò)企業(yè)外部宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源能力的匹配,提出了A港口物流公司的總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。未來(lái)3-5年,A港口物流公司將繼續(xù)依托集團(tuán)優(yōu)勢(shì),采用一體化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施上,A港口物流公司要圍繞“四個(gè)一”總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略方案,完善物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),建設(shè)信息平臺(tái),調(diào)整組織結(jié)構(gòu),強(qiáng)化實(shí)施控制。通過(guò)A港口物流公司的實(shí)例研究,對(duì)同類型企業(yè)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Port logistics is the main function of the integrated global network node, is an important component of the modern logistics industry. Port logistics connotation along with the development of the port function, from the traditional cargo handling to integrated logistics center transformation. At present, the main ports in the world have accelerated the development of port logistics business. The development of port logistics to ensure rapid and sustainable development. This is the most effective way to maintain market competitiveness. Quanzhou is through the development and construction of ports to promote city development strategy: give full play to the advantages of the port, and gradually form a liquid bulk container, foreign trade and domestic trade container transport hub; by attracting large logistics organization, the development of modern logistics and port cargo handling, integrated logistics services in port logistics company. In the competition, competitive strategy determines the competitiveness of the port logistics company's strength, even the success or failure in this paper. A port logistics company as the research object. The first is the company present situation analysis, then design the strategy, finally put forward the implementation and control of implementation. This paper applied the theory of competitive strategy, Quanzhou port logistics industry as the research object, the state-owned enterprises A port logistics company as a case, through the enterprise the external macro environment and internal resources ability, put forward the overall strategy of A port logistics company. Over the next 3-5 years, A port logistics company will continue to rely on the advantages of the group, the integration of competitive strategy. The specific strategy implementation, A port logistics company should focus on the "four" overall strategy, improve the logistics network information platform construction, adjusting the organizational structure, strengthen the implementation of control. Through the case study of A port logistics company, has certain practical reference value for the same type enterprises.
