ETC與MTC混合式收費站通行能力研究

【摘要】:隨著收費技術(shù)的發(fā)展,ETC (Electronic Toll Collection)與MTC (Manual Ton Collection system)混合式收費站逐漸成為我國高速公路收費的主要形式。而收費站作為高速公路的瓶頸所在,提高其通行能力和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,是改善高速公路交通運(yùn)行狀況的有效方法。本文在對收費站的布局、設(shè)計進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實測調(diào)查,對收費站車輛的行為過程、到達(dá)分布及ETC、MTC車輛在收費站的服務(wù)時間、延誤時間、離開時間等分布模型進(jìn)行了細(xì)致深入的分析,并基于理論分析法,分別給出了MTC收費站與ETC收費站通行能力的計算模型,結(jié)合調(diào)查與研究對相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定。該模型綜合了車輛在收費站的交通特性、交通行為、收費站規(guī)模及服務(wù)特性等多方面因素?勺鳛镸TC或ETC收費站設(shè)計評價的依據(jù)。對于混合式收費站,由于交通特性存在差異,MTC與ETC車流之間會造成相互干擾;诖,本文著重對混合式收費站的駕駛?cè)诵袨、車輛跟馳行為、換車道行為、車道決策選擇行為等進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析,并由此提出混合式收費站系統(tǒng)通行能力的計算模型。該模型綜合考慮了不同ETC通道數(shù)量及布局位置等對ETC通道通行能力的修正,與實際情況較為符合。針對本文提出的通行能力計算模型,以實測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),建立仿真模型,分別就不同ETC車道數(shù)量、限制速度、布局位置等對收費站通行能力的影響進(jìn)行仿真分析,并與模型計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,驗證了本文模型可行性與適用性。最后針對以上研究成果,提出一套混合式收費站的優(yōu)化設(shè)計與服務(wù)水平分級的理論方法,為ETC系統(tǒng)的推廣、應(yīng)用提供設(shè)計參考與依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of toll collection technology, the hybrid toll collection station of etc and MTC Manual Ton Collection system has gradually become the main form of freeway toll collection in China. As the bottleneck of expressway, toll collection station can improve its traffic capacity and service quality. It is an effective method to improve the traffic condition of expressway. On the basis of studying the layout and design of toll station, combining with the actual measurement investigation, this paper analyzes the behavior process of toll station vehicle. The arrival distribution and the service time, delay time and departure time distribution model of ETC MTC vehicles at the toll station are analyzed in detail. Based on the theoretical analysis, the calculation models of the capacity of MTC toll station and ETC toll station are given, respectively. Combined with investigation and research, the related parameters are calibrated. The model synthesizes the traffic characteristics and traffic behaviors of vehicles at toll stations. It can be used as the basis for the design and evaluation of MTC or ETC toll stations. For hybrid toll stations, the traffic characteristics will interfere with each other because of the difference between the traffic characteristics and the traffic flow. In this paper, the driver behavior, car-following behavior, lane changing behavior, lane decision and selection behavior of hybrid toll stations are analyzed in detail. A model for calculating the capacity of hybrid toll station system is proposed. The model takes into account the number and location of different ETC channels to modify the capacity of ETC channels. In accordance with the actual situation, aiming at the capacity calculation model proposed in this paper, based on the measured data, a simulation model is established to limit the speed of different ETC lanes, respectively. The effect of layout and location on the capacity of toll station is simulated and compared with the result of model calculation, which verifies the feasibility and applicability of the model. This paper presents a set of theoretical methods for optimal design and service level classification of hybrid toll stations, which provides a design reference and basis for the popularization and application of ETC system.
