港口集裝箱運輸車輛調(diào)度模型及算法研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來,市場競爭的加劇以及貿(mào)易全球化的影響,促進(jìn)了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易量也大幅增加,有力的推動了現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展以及港口物流業(yè)的繁榮。與此同時,港口自有的集裝箱運輸車隊的運輸能力已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無法滿足日益增長的集裝箱的貨運需求,以港口為依托的第三方物流公司逐漸興起。開展高效專業(yè)的集裝箱運輸服務(wù),合理安排集裝箱運輸車輛的調(diào)度,提高集裝箱的運輸效率,降低運輸成本問題成為第三方物流公司不得不考慮的問題。現(xiàn)有集裝箱運輸車輛調(diào)度問題的研究主要集中于運輸車輛在港口碼頭配合岸橋進(jìn)行裝卸船操作的調(diào)度問題,而對港口堆場到客戶倉庫之間的公路運輸?shù)能囕v調(diào)度問題的研究則相對較少。同時,伴隨著激烈的市場競爭,客戶對時效性的要求越來越高,提供集裝箱運輸服務(wù)車輛的準(zhǔn)時性成為影響客戶對第三方物流企業(yè)滿意度的一個重要因素。針對這一問題的研究中,現(xiàn)有的車輛調(diào)模型往往忽略了港口堆場與客戶倉庫各自工作時間窗的限制。本文正是在這樣的背景下,對第三方物流公司的集裝箱運輸車輛調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行研究。研究的目的是運用合理的調(diào)度模式,滿足客戶工作時間窗的要求,最大限度地利用資源,減少運輸?shù)目偝杀。本文首先分析了集裝箱運輸車輛在港口堆場與客戶倉庫之間的運輸模式,并建立了以最小化使用車輛為目標(biāo)的港口集裝箱運輸車輛調(diào)度模型,運用Lingo軟件編程求解,并進(jìn)行案例分析。然后在基礎(chǔ)模型中加入港口堆場及客戶倉庫各自工作時間窗的限制,建立了以總成本最小為目標(biāo)的帶混合時間窗的港口集裝箱運輸車輛調(diào)度模型,設(shè)計遺傳算法,通過Matlab軟件編程求解,并進(jìn)行案例分析。最終驗證出文章的模型及算法能夠有效解決實際港口集裝箱運輸中有混合時間窗限制的車輛調(diào)度問題,同時得出如下結(jié)論:集中調(diào)度有利于減少總成本的支出,提高車輛的使用率,從而產(chǎn)生一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the aggravation of the market competition and the influence of the trade globalization have promoted the development of our country's economy, the import and export trade volume has also increased substantially, has promoted the development of the modern logistics and the prosperity of the port logistics industry, at the same time, The shipping capacity of the container transport fleet owned by the port has been far from meeting the increasing demand for container freight, and the third party logistics companies relying on the port are gradually emerging to carry out efficient and professional container transportation services. Arrange the dispatch of container transport vehicle reasonably, improve the efficiency of container transportation, The problem of reducing transportation cost has become a problem that third party logistics companies have to consider. However, there is relatively little research on the vehicle scheduling problem between port yard and customer warehouse. At the same time, with the fierce market competition, customers are demanding more and more time efficiency. The punctuality of vehicles providing container transportation services has become an important factor affecting customer satisfaction with third-party logistics enterprises. The existing vehicle scheduling models often ignore the limitation of the working time windows of the port yard and the customer warehouse. The purpose of this study is to use a reasonable scheduling model to meet the requirements of customer working time window and to maximize the utilization of resources. Firstly, this paper analyzes the transport mode of container transport vehicles between port yard and customer warehouse, and establishes a vehicle scheduling model for container transport in port, which aims at minimizing the use of vehicles. Lingo software is used to solve the problem, and case analysis is carried out. Then the limitation of working time window of port yard and customer warehouse is added to the basic model. The vehicle scheduling model of container transportation in port with mixed time window with minimum total cost is established. Genetic algorithm is designed and solved by Matlab software. Finally, it is verified that the model and algorithm of this paper can effectively solve the vehicle scheduling problem with mixed time window in actual port container transportation. At the same time, the following conclusions are drawn: centralized dispatching is beneficial to reduce the total cost and increase the utilization rate of vehicles, thus producing certain economic benefits.
