【摘要】：紅土礫料是一種在非洲熱帶地區(qū)廣泛分布的粘性土與碎礫石的天然混合料,形成于旱雨二季交替循環(huán)的氣候條件下。從試驗(yàn)分析表明:紅土礫料浸水4d95%OPM壓實(shí)度時(shí)的CBR基本上大于30%,按照熱帶國(guó)家路面尺寸實(shí)用指南中土的承載力分級(jí),屬S5級(jí),是一種承載力良好的筑路材料。工程實(shí)踐表明,紅土礫料在公路工程中的用途廣泛:采用紅土礫料填筑的路基,其強(qiáng)度高、水穩(wěn)定性較好;PST層(路基上部,相當(dāng)于國(guó)內(nèi)的路床)可采用紅土礫料填筑,若紅土礫料的天然含水量較大或IP較高,可摻加生石灰(如沒(méi)有也可用熟石灰)進(jìn)行改良;除高速公路外的其他等級(jí)公路,底基層可采用天然紅土礫料或水泥(石灰)處理紅土礫料;除高速公路外的其他等級(jí)公路,基層可采用水泥或石灰處理紅土礫料;此外紅土礫料還可用于填砂路基的包邊防護(hù)以及土質(zhì)排水溝與邊溝的鋪面。
[Abstract]:Red soil gravel is a natural mixture of clay and gravel widely distributed in tropical Africa. Under the climatic condition of alternate cycle of dry and rainy seasons, the experimental analysis shows that the CBR of red soil gravel is basically greater than 30 when the compaction degree of 4d95%OPM is immersed. According to the classification of bearing capacity of middle soil in the practical guide of road surface size for tropical countries, it belongs to S5 grade. The engineering practice shows that the red soil gravel is widely used in highway engineering: the embankment filled with red soil gravel material has high strength, good water stability and PST layer (upper part of the roadbed). If the natural water content of red soil gravel is higher or IP is higher, it can be improved by adding quicklime (if no lime is also available); other grade roads other than highway, can be improved by using red soil gravel as the equivalent of road bed in China, and if the natural water content of red soil gravel is higher or IP is higher, it can be improved by adding quicklime (if not available). The natural red soil gravel or cement (lime) can be used to treat the red soil gravel in the base course, and the cement or lime can be used to treat the red soil gravel material in the base course except for other grade highways except the highway. In addition, the red soil gravel can also be used to protect the embankment of sand filling and the pavement of soil drainage ditch and side ditch.
