青川巖改性瀝青制備工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:國產(chǎn)青川巖瀝青可以作為改性劑制備改性瀝青。為著重研究青川巖改性瀝青的制備工藝,以中海70~#基質瀝青為研究對象,研究不同摻量時青川巖改性瀝青性能的優(yōu)劣,確定其最佳摻量;并基于正交試驗對最佳摻量下青川巖瀝青改性瀝青的制備工藝進行優(yōu)化。試驗結果表明:摻加7.5%青川巖瀝青制備的改性瀝青性能最佳,在其制備過程中應著重考慮剪切時間的影響,控制發(fā)育溫度、發(fā)育時間、剪切溫度、剪切時間分別為160℃、60 min、180℃、60 min時可獲得綜合性能最佳的青川巖改性瀝青。
[Abstract]:Qingchuan bitumen made in China can be used as modifier to prepare modified asphalt. In order to study the preparation technology of Qingchuan rock modified asphalt, taking Zhonghai 70 # base asphalt as the research object, the performance of Qingchuan rock modified asphalt with different content is studied. Based on the orthogonal test, the preparation process of Qingchuan bitumen modified asphalt was optimized. The experimental results showed that the modified asphalt prepared by adding 7.5% Qingchuan rock asphalt had the best performance.
