【摘要】：人們賴以生存的環(huán)境出現(xiàn)的問題正受到前所未有的重視,而在公路、鐵路等工程建設領(lǐng)域,其關(guān)鍵性工程——隧道工程的建設也必然會帶來一系列環(huán)境問題。本文針對隧道洞口工程中產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境問題,對其進行系統(tǒng)分類,梳理了洞口環(huán)境問題與其環(huán)境效應的因果關(guān)系,進而凝練出人為環(huán)境效應的工程因素與人為環(huán)境效應總要求,并提出了實用性強的預防與治理對策。通過在梧州至柳州高速公路項目中的現(xiàn)場(人仔頂隧道)應用,取得了良好的社會和經(jīng)濟環(huán)境效益。本文主要成果如下:1.對目前國內(nèi)外隧道洞口工程人為環(huán)境效應研究現(xiàn)狀(分別從隧道洞口工程環(huán)境問題的分類、環(huán)境效應的對策研究、環(huán)境相關(guān)法律法規(guī)等三個方面)進行總結(jié),提出了目前隧道洞口工程人為環(huán)境效應研究存在的四個問題,并將人為環(huán)境效應與隧道洞口工程聯(lián)系起來,分別對這兩方面進行了詳盡的總結(jié)。2.對隧道洞口工程環(huán)境問題按照環(huán)境組成要素進行分類,并提出洞口工程環(huán)境問題誘發(fā)的環(huán)境效應,進而從總體指導與具體實施角度分別提出了合理的解決方案。3.結(jié)合梧柳高速公路中的人仔頂隧道,優(yōu)化了設計單位與施工單位最初制定的環(huán)境保護措施,取得了良好的環(huán)境效益包括經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。值得一提的是,本文對洞口工程環(huán)境問題進行系統(tǒng)分類并提出環(huán)境效應概念,同時給出了結(jié)合工程實際的環(huán)境保護方案。
[Abstract]:Problems arising from the environment on which people live are receiving unprecedented attention, and in the fields of highway, railway and other engineering construction, The construction of tunnel engineering, the key engineering of tunnel, will inevitably bring about a series of environmental problems. This paper classifies the environmental problems in tunnel entrance engineering systematically, combs the causality between the environmental problems of tunnel entrance and its environmental effects. Then the engineering factors and the general requirements of the man-made environmental effect are condensed out, and the practical prevention and control countermeasures are put forward. Through the application in the project of Wuzhou-Liuzhou Expressway (Renzaiding Tunnel), Good social and economic environmental benefits have been achieved. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. The present situation of research on the man-made environmental effect of tunnel entrance engineering at home and abroad (respectively from the classification of environmental problems of tunnel entrance engineering, the countermeasures of environmental effect research, This paper summarizes the three aspects of environmental laws and regulations, and puts forward four problems existing in the study of the man-made environmental effect of tunnel entrance engineering, and connects the artificial environmental effect with the tunnel entrance project. The environmental problems of tunnel entrance engineering are classified according to the environmental elements, and the environmental effects induced by the tunnel entrance engineering environmental problems are put forward. Then from the overall guidance and specific implementation of the point of view, respectively, put forward a reasonable solution. 3. Combined with the Wululiu Expressway Renzi Top Tunnel, optimized the environmental protection measures originally formulated by the design unit and the construction unit. Good environmental benefits, including economic and social benefits, have been obtained. It is worth mentioning that the environmental problems of Dongkou project are systematically classified and the concept of environmental effects is put forward in this paper. At the same time, a scheme of environmental protection combined with engineering practice is given.
