碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)防拖錨效果的DEM分析

【摘要】:在近海港口停泊地區(qū),海底管線通常埋置在碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)中,以免遭受來(lái)自拖錨或拋錨的撞擊而損傷.為評(píng)價(jià)走錨時(shí)碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)海底管線的防護(hù)效果,基于碎石結(jié)構(gòu)的離散特點(diǎn),采用離散單元法(DEM)模擬了拖錨從細(xì)砂到碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程,并與室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性.在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用離散單元法研究了碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗錨害機(jī)理,分析了不同碎石粒徑、不同拖錨速度及不同初始拖錨位置時(shí)錨拖曳力、錨爪轉(zhuǎn)角及錨爪爪尖軌跡等的變化規(guī)律.分析結(jié)果表明,碎石粒徑和拖錨速度越大,錨爪爪尖在碎石層中抬升的高度越高,越有利于保護(hù)海底管線;從不同初始位置開(kāi)始的拖錨運(yùn)動(dòng),達(dá)到穩(wěn)定運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)的拖曳力、錨爪爪尖軌跡及錨爪轉(zhuǎn)角基本相同.該結(jié)果可以為海底管線碎石保護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In offshore port berthing areas, submarine pipelines are usually buried in gravel protective structures to avoid being damaged by impact from towing anchors or dropping anchors. Based on the discrete characteristics of crushed stone structure, the discrete element method (DEM) is used to simulate the motion process of towed anchor from fine sand to gravel protection structure, and the results of indoor model test verify the feasibility of the method. In this paper, the anti-anchor mechanism of crushed stone protective structure is studied by discrete element method, and the anchor-towing force with different gravel particle size, different anchoring speed and different initial anchoring position is analyzed. The analysis results show that the higher the diameter of gravel and the velocity of anchor, the higher the height of lifting of anchor claw tip in the gravel layer, the better the protection of submarine pipeline. The drag force, the trajectory of the tip of the anchor claw and the angle of rotation of the anchor claw are basically the same when the motion of the towed anchor starts from different initial positions, which can provide the basis for the design of the protective structure of submarine pipeline gravel.
