城際鐵路長距離穿越高鐵橋樁設(shè)計施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:廣佛環(huán)城際區(qū)間長距離穿越運營高鐵橋樁,地面為交通干道,地下管線十分密集,部分管線埋深大,無遷改條件,工程風(fēng)險和社會風(fēng)險極高,為解決上述難題,對穿越橋樁關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行研究。研究表明:長距離穿越前,詳細查明既有管線及橋樁基礎(chǔ)資料,線路設(shè)計確保距離敏感構(gòu)筑物一定安全距離,減少地質(zhì)突變段落;選擇合理工法和掘進參數(shù);提前進行施工影響預(yù)測,對敏感物設(shè)置全面監(jiān)測點和有效預(yù)警值,對風(fēng)險源設(shè)置應(yīng)急預(yù)案;掘進過程中對于地質(zhì)突變段優(yōu)先選擇土壓平衡掘進模式;通過采取上述關(guān)鍵措施可以保證盾構(gòu)長距離穿越既有橋樁施工及周邊環(huán)境安全。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the above problems, the inter-city section of Guangfo Huan runs through the long distance of the high-speed railway bridge pile, the ground is a traffic trunk road, the underground pipeline is very dense, some of the pipelines are buried deep, there are no conditions for relocation, and the project risk and social risk are extremely high. The key technology of crossing bridge pile is studied. The research shows that before long distance crossing, the existing pipeline and bridge pile foundation data are found out in detail, and the route design ensures a certain safety distance for the distance sensitive structure and reduces the geological abrupt section; Select reasonable construction method and tunneling parameters, carry out construction impact prediction ahead of time, set up comprehensive monitoring points and effective early warning values for sensitive objects, set emergency plan for risk sources, give priority to earth pressure balance tunneling mode for geological abrupt section during excavation; The key measures mentioned above can ensure the safety of shield tunneling through the existing bridge piles and surrounding environment.
