【摘要】：近些年人行橋的造型和結(jié)構(gòu)趨于多樣化,其中鋼結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋空間跨度比較大,形式多樣、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,對安裝施工技術(shù)提出了更高的要求,必須慎重分析比較各種施工方案,根據(jù)工程實際,綜合考慮各種因素,選擇符合要求的方案。論文結(jié)合工程實例,對人行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋安裝技術(shù)進行了研究,具有較好的應(yīng)用價值。另外論文梳理了兩種結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋的鋪裝技術(shù),為生態(tài)型混凝土鋪裝提供了較好的應(yīng)用案例。主要研究內(nèi)容包含以下幾部分:(1)分析了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁的整體結(jié)構(gòu),引入了獨特的圓籠造型設(shè)計方式,結(jié)合鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁自身的特點,確定了其施工工藝流程。(2)通過分析比較,選擇了吊機起重的施工工藝,從施工現(xiàn)場準備、構(gòu)件加工制作及運輸、鋼桁構(gòu)件安裝多方面研究了該橋的吊裝方法。采用midas civil12012有限元軟件對鋼管及環(huán)片內(nèi)力和應(yīng)力進行計算,通過變更鋼管規(guī)格及節(jié)點板以保證強度、穩(wěn)定性和撓度均滿足規(guī)范要求。保證了人行橋施工方法的可行性。對焊接施工進行了分析,主要包括焊接的方法、材料及工序。(3)對彩色瀝青混凝土和透水混凝土原材料性能進行了測試,通過公式計算確定了透水混凝土的原料配合比。分別對各種混凝土的抗壓性能進行了測試。最后對比分析了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋彩色瀝青混凝土鋪裝和漫水橋透水混凝土鋪裝的施工技術(shù)。通過對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋設(shè)計施工工藝的研究,有助于加深對同類型結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工技術(shù)的了解,為今后這種結(jié)構(gòu)建筑工程的施工提供一定的參考。對彩色瀝青混凝土和透水混凝土鋪裝工藝的研究,對生態(tài)型鋪裝技術(shù)的推廣具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the shape and structure of pedestrian bridge tend to be diversified, among which steel footbridge has a large space span, various forms and complex structure, which puts forward higher requirements for installation and construction technology, so it is necessary to carefully analyze and compare various construction schemes. According to the engineering practice and considering all kinds of factors synthetically, the paper chooses the scheme that meets the requirements. The paper studies the installation technology of the steel bridge of pedestrian bank combined with the engineering example. It has good application value. In addition, the paper combs the pavement technology of two kinds of structure footbridge, This paper provides a good application case for ecological concrete pavement. The main research contents include the following parts: 1) the whole structure of steel structure bridge is analyzed, and a unique design method of circular cage is introduced, combining with the characteristics of steel structure bridge itself. Through the analysis and comparison, the construction technology of crane hoisting is selected, from the construction site preparation, component processing and transportation, The erection method of steel truss member is studied from many aspects. The internal force and stress of steel pipe and annular are calculated by using midas civil12012 finite element software, and the strength is ensured by changing the steel pipe specification and joint plate. The stability and deflection meet the requirements of the code. The feasibility of the construction method of the footbridge is guaranteed. The welding construction is analyzed, including the welding method. The properties of the raw materials of colored asphalt concrete and permeable concrete were tested. The raw material mix ratio of permeable concrete is determined by formula calculation. The compressive properties of various kinds of concrete are tested respectively. Finally, the pavement of colored asphalt concrete of steel pedestrian bridge and the permeable coagulation of overflowing bridge are compared and analyzed. Construction technology of soil pavement. Through the study of the design and construction technology of steel footbridge, It is helpful to deepen the understanding of the construction technology of the same type of structural engineering, and to provide some reference for the construction of this kind of structural engineering in the future. It is of great significance for the popularization of ecological paving technology.
