新溆高速公路SMA-13配合比設(shè)計與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石瀝青路面(SMA)的技術(shù)越來越成熟,越來越多的道路工作者開始注意到其優(yōu)良的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、抗滑性能等,SMA也得到了較為廣泛的應(yīng)用,同時其良好的耐久性能也得到研究人員的認可。然而,由于目前路上交通量逐漸變大且我國SMA的配合比設(shè)計和施工技術(shù)還不夠完善,一些已經(jīng)運營和建設(shè)中的SMA路面不同程度的出現(xiàn)了滲水、泛油等早期損害現(xiàn)象,影響了工程質(zhì)量,對路面使用性能產(chǎn)生了極大的影響。本文結(jié)合新溆高速公路的建設(shè),將上面層設(shè)計為改性瀝青SMA-13,以應(yīng)對工程所面臨的大交通量及不利氣候影響,充分發(fā)揮瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石(SMA)優(yōu)良的路用性能,最終達到改善新溆高速公路工程的道路品質(zhì)、延長使用壽命、提高行車的舒適性和安全性等目標,從而帶來明顯的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。研究成果對湖南省其它地區(qū)乃至全國的SMA瀝青混合料的的設(shè)計和施工都具有指導(dǎo)或參考作用。從SMA混合料材料組成、材料所起的作用、力學(xué)強度形成機理等方面對SMA混合料的特性進行理論分析。結(jié)合新溆高速公路項目的建設(shè),通過改變SMA-13瀝青混合料的擊實次數(shù)和拌和溫度等條件,進行不同條件下瀝青混合料的室內(nèi)實驗,來研究擊實次數(shù)及拌和溫度對瀝青混合料性能的影響,提出了SMA-13適合的擊實次數(shù)和拌和溫度。結(jié)果表明,新溆高速公路項目SMA-13瀝青混合料合理擊實次數(shù)范圍為75至80次,比普通馬歇爾試驗擊實次數(shù)50次高出50%-60%,最佳拌和溫度為175℃。在合理擊實次數(shù)和最佳拌和溫度條件下制成的馬歇爾試件具有更好的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì),更符合交通量變大的實際情況。根據(jù)確定的SMA-13混合料級配和拌和溫度,分別在設(shè)計瀝青用量和最佳瀝青用量下拌制SMA-13混合料并成型試件,分別進行車轍試驗、浸水馬歇爾試驗、小梁低溫彎曲試驗以及凍融劈裂試驗。結(jié)果表明,根據(jù)合理擊實次數(shù)和拌和溫度確定最佳油石比的SMA-13瀝青混合料比按傳統(tǒng)方法確定最佳油石比的混合料的路用性能更為優(yōu)良。根據(jù)新溆高速公路SMA-13面層施工情況,對SMA-13面層的施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)進行研究,總結(jié)了SMA-13面層的施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:As the technology of asphalt mastic asphalt pavement (SMA) becomes more and more mature, more and more road workers begin to pay attention to its excellent high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, skid resistance and so on. At the same time, its good durability is also recognized by researchers. However, due to the increasing traffic volume on the road and the inadequate mix design and construction technology of SMA in China, Some SMA pavement in operation and construction have some early damage phenomena, such as water seepage, oil flooding and so on, which affect the quality of the project and have a great impact on the pavement performance. The top layer is designed as modified asphalt SMA-13, in order to cope with the large traffic volume and adverse climate impact of the project, to give full play to the excellent road performance of asphalt mastic macadam (SMA), and finally to improve the road quality of Xinjiao Expressway Project. Extend service life, improve driving comfort and safety and other goals, The research results can be used as a guide or reference for the design and construction of SMA asphalt mixture in other areas of Hunan Province and even for the whole country. The characteristics of SMA mixture are theoretically analyzed in terms of the forming mechanism of mechanical strength. Combined with the construction of Xinji Expressway, the compaction times and mixing temperature of SMA-13 asphalt mixture are changed. In order to study the influence of compaction times and mixing temperature on the performance of asphalt mixture under different conditions, the compaction times and mixing temperature of SMA-13 are put forward. The reasonable compaction times of SMA-13 asphalt mixture in Xinzhang Expressway Project range from 75 to 80 times. The compaction times of Marshall test are 50 times higher than those of ordinary Marshall test, and the optimum mixing temperature is 175 鈩,
