高性能混凝土在沿海高速公路中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著土木工程建設(shè)的發(fā)展,高性能混凝土的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越多,在公路、橋梁等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施上的應(yīng)用最為廣泛。高性能混凝土的性能被世界認(rèn)為是最全面的。如高性能混凝土比普通混凝土強(qiáng)度高,具有良好的工作性能,且其體積穩(wěn)定性和耐久性都較普通混凝土更加優(yōu)越。論文以承(德)秦(皇島)高速公路秦皇島段所屬橋梁的樁基礎(chǔ)、承臺(tái)、墩臺(tái)、蓋梁、預(yù)制梁、現(xiàn)澆梁等結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,所涉及的混凝土標(biāo)號(hào)為C30、C40、C50,所用混凝土總計(jì)方量約20萬(wàn)方。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:(1)論述了高性能混凝土與普通混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、組份的不同并根據(jù)工程所處的實(shí)際環(huán)境和影響混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的各種因素,確定本工程高性能混凝土的原材料;(2)研究了高性能混凝土配合比的設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)選方法。根據(jù)原材料品質(zhì)、混凝土設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、耐久性對(duì)混凝土工作性能的要求設(shè)計(jì)配合比并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)整。(3)養(yǎng)護(hù)是影響高性能混凝土性能的重要因素,本文研究了養(yǎng)護(hù)的原理及不同養(yǎng)護(hù)條件對(duì)混凝土強(qiáng)度的影響;由于本工程地處沿海地區(qū),對(duì)高性能混凝土的Cl-離子滲透性實(shí)測(cè)了數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行了研究。(4)總結(jié)高性能混凝土的施工工藝,包括施工前準(zhǔn)備、計(jì)量、攪拌、運(yùn)輸、澆筑、搗固、養(yǎng)護(hù)、溫控等工作,并重點(diǎn)指出各工序施工中高性能混凝土與普通混凝土的不同之處。本工程各混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)完工后,由實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)得出:高性能混凝土的各項(xiàng)工作性能都達(dá)到良好的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),強(qiáng)度及耐久性等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)都能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求;通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)研究,高性能混凝土前期較后期強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)較快,在養(yǎng)護(hù)齡期7 d內(nèi)是其強(qiáng)度發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段;隨著水膠比的降低,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)致密性增強(qiáng),抗Cl-滲透性越好。
[Abstract]:With the development of civil engineering construction, the application of high performance concrete is more and more, in the highway, The performance of high performance concrete is considered to be the most comprehensive in the world. For example, high performance concrete has higher strength than ordinary concrete and has good working performance. And its volume stability and durability are better than ordinary concrete. This paper takes the pile foundation, cap beam, precast beam and cast-in-place beam of Qinhuangdao section of Chengde (de) Qin (Huangdao) Expressway as the research object, and the pile foundation, pier abutment, cover beam, precast beam, cast-in-place beam, etc. The number of concrete involved is C30 / C40 / C50, and the total quantity of concrete used is about 200, 000 square meters. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the structure of high performance concrete and ordinary concrete is discussed. Different components and factors affecting the durability of concrete structures, depending on the actual environment in which the project is located and the factors affecting the durability of concrete structures, Determine the raw material of the high performance concrete of this project, study the mix proportion design of the high performance concrete and the optimization method. According to the quality of the raw material, the grade of the design strength of the concrete, The requirement of durability to the working performance of concrete. The design mix ratio and field adjustment. The curing is an important factor affecting the performance of high performance concrete. The principle of curing and the influence of different curing conditions on the strength of concrete are studied in this paper. Because the project is located in the coastal area, the measured data of Cl-ion permeability of high performance concrete are measured and studied. 4) the construction technology of high performance concrete is summarized, including preparation, measurement, stirring, transportation, pouring and tamping before construction. Maintenance, temperature control, etc., and points out the differences between high performance concrete and ordinary concrete. From the measured data, it is concluded that the performance of high performance concrete can reach the good standard, the strength and durability of high performance concrete can meet the design requirements, and through the data research, the strength of high performance concrete increases faster in the early stage than in the later period. With the decrease of water-binder ratio, the compactness of concrete structure is enhanced and the resistance to Cl-permeability is better.
