【摘要】：在高速公路隧道運營過程中,由于隧道本身的結(jié)構(gòu)特點所導(dǎo)致的突發(fā)災(zāi)害一旦發(fā)生,就很難組織應(yīng)急救援,從而造成更為嚴(yán)重的生命安全和財產(chǎn)安全的損失。從根本上來說,最好的解決方案是在突發(fā)災(zāi)害事件發(fā)生之前進(jìn)行預(yù)防或者在災(zāi)害還沒有進(jìn)一步惡化之前進(jìn)行控制�；谶@一思想,本文在對高速公路隧道突發(fā)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險評估的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了高速公路隧道突發(fā)災(zāi)害的防控方法,并選取山東省濟(jì)青高速為背景,設(shè)計了一個在線仿真平臺,旨在從根源上減少突發(fā)災(zāi)害的發(fā)生和造成的影響。本文主要完成了以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容:1、以交通事故作為突發(fā)災(zāi)害事件的代表,從結(jié)構(gòu)、交通流特性和事故分布特性三個方面分析了高速公路隧道交通事故的特征。2、在事故分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究高速公路隧道突發(fā)災(zāi)害的主動預(yù)防控制方法,主要對高速公路隧道突發(fā)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險評估及防控方法展開研究,分析了風(fēng)險因素,建立了風(fēng)險評估模型,并通過實例進(jìn)行了驗證。從交通事故和自然災(zāi)害兩個方面研究了突發(fā)災(zāi)害事件的防控方法。3、以山東省濟(jì)青高速為背景設(shè)計了一個高速公路在線仿真與評估平臺。在對先用交通仿真軟件進(jìn)行對比分析之后,選取Trans Modeler用于仿真模擬高速公路的運行狀態(tài)。由于高速公路作為一個完整的交通系統(tǒng),從平臺設(shè)計完整角度,除了設(shè)計了隧道突發(fā)事件的防控與應(yīng)急救援模塊外,還對整體高速公路交通流運行狀態(tài)模塊、施工環(huán)境下和突發(fā)災(zāi)害下的高速公路運行組織保障與應(yīng)急指揮調(diào)度模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:In the process of highway tunnel operation, once the sudden disaster caused by the structural characteristics of the tunnel itself occurs, it is very difficult to organize emergency rescue, resulting in more serious loss of life and property safety. The best solution is to prevent or control a sudden disaster before it occurs. Based on this idea, this paper is based on the assessment of the sudden disaster risk of highway tunnel. The prevention and control method of the sudden disaster of highway tunnel is studied, and an online simulation platform is designed based on the background of Shandong Province Jiqing Expressway. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the occurrence and impact of sudden disasters from the root causes. This paper mainly completes the following aspects: 1, taking traffic accidents as representatives of sudden disasters, from the structure, The characteristics of traffic accident in expressway tunnel are analyzed from three aspects: traffic flow characteristics and accident distribution characteristics. On the basis of accident analysis, the active prevention and control method of sudden disaster in expressway tunnel is studied. This paper mainly studies the methods of risk assessment and prevention and control of sudden disasters in highway tunnels, analyzes the risk factors, and establishes a risk assessment model. The method of prevention and control of sudden disasters is studied from two aspects of traffic accident and natural disaster, and an online simulation and evaluation platform of expressway is designed based on Shandong Jiqing Expressway. After comparing and analyzing the traffic simulation software, Trans Modeler is selected to simulate the running state of freeway. As a complete traffic system, from the angle of platform design, in addition to the design of tunnel emergency prevention and emergency rescue module, The operation state module of the whole expressway traffic flow, the expressway operation organization guarantee and emergency command and dispatch module under the construction environment and the sudden disaster are also designed.
