動載作用下水泥混凝土路面的板底脫空響應分析

【摘要】:近年來隨著公路建設的發(fā)展,我國水泥混凝土路面的公路里程逐年增加,目前在我國已建成的水泥混凝土路面中,己有部分在使用周期內(nèi)就已出現(xiàn)各種病害。其中,水泥混凝土路面板板底脫空破壞是水泥混凝土路面的主要病害之一,并且會引起斷板、錯臺、橋頭搭板塌陷等病害。因此,對水泥混凝土路面板板底脫空及破壞機理展開深入的研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實的工程價值。由于路面的不平整性,在道路上行駛的車輛會對路面產(chǎn)生振動荷載,并且這個荷載對路面、路基的影響與作用時間和路面的表面特性有關系,是一個典型的動態(tài)荷載?紤]到這個問題,本文在進行研究時,建立了一種具有典型代表性的水泥混凝土路面的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并通過采用有限元基本方法,結(jié)合ANSYS有限元程序分析荷載作用下水泥混凝土路面板底脫空的力學響應,得到了不同加載方式下的水泥混凝土路面結(jié)構(gòu)拉應力及豎向位移的分布規(guī)律,以及荷載、車速、脫空尺寸等因素對路面的影響。本文所做的主要工作如下:⑴將板底的脫空區(qū)形狀視為正方形,建立水泥混凝土路面結(jié)構(gòu)三維模型,在模型上施加靜荷載,通過有限元計算軟件來計算出面層的最大豎向位移和板底的最大拉應力值;⑵將在平整路面上運動的荷載簡化為移動恒荷載,并施加在水泥混凝土路面三維模型上,通過有限元軟件進行瞬態(tài)響應分析,得到路面板的彎沉值和應力值;⑶將不平整路面上的荷載假設為移動正弦荷載,并施加在水泥混凝土路面模型上,通過有限元計算軟件ANSYS進行瞬態(tài)響應分析,得到路面板的變形和受力情況;⑷分析不同工況條件下,如行車速度、車輛載重、脫空尺寸等對路面結(jié)構(gòu)的動力響應規(guī)律,并將三種荷載計算結(jié)果進行對比分析.通過本文的分析,可以得出:在不平整的路面上運動的車輛荷載作用下的面層彎沉值和板底拉應力值最大,即不平整路面上的振動對路面板底脫空的損傷最大。本文對于水泥混凝土路面的結(jié)構(gòu)設計和施工管理工作有一定的參考價值,其中,移動恒荷載和移動正弦荷載作用在有脫空的水泥混凝土路面上時,考慮重載交通作用的影響是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of highway construction, highway mileage of cement concrete pavement in China increased year by year, at present in the cement concrete pavement have been built in China, has a part in the using period appeared various diseases. Among them, the cement concrete pavement slab void damage is one of the main diseases of the cement concrete pavement. And will cause the broken plate, fault, slab subsidence and other diseases. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical for cement concrete pavement slab void and failure mechanism of in-depth study of the engineering value. Because of the uneven road, vehicles traveling on the road will produce vibration load on the pavement. And the load on the pavement, there is relationship between the surface characteristics of subgrade influence and effect of time and road, is a typical dynamic load. Considering this problem, in this research, the establishment of A typical cement concrete pavement of the structure model, and using the basic finite element method, combined with ANSYS finite element analysis of mechanical response of cement concrete pavement under load, obtained under different loading modes of cement concrete pavement structure stress distribution, stress and vertical displacement as well as the load, speed, effects of void size and other factors on the pavement. The main works are as follows: 1 will board at the end of the cavity shape as a square, the establishment of three-dimensional model of cement concrete pavement structure, a static load on the model, through the finite element software is used to calculate the maximum tension to the maximum vertical the displacement and the stress value of the bottom plate; the load moves on the rough pavement is simplified as a moving constant load, and applied in the three-dimensional model of cement concrete pavement, through the finite element software Analysis of transient response, get the pavement deflection value and stress value; the uneven loads on pavement is assumed to be sinusoidal load applied on the mobile, and the cement concrete pavement on the model for transient response analysis by finite element analysis software ANSYS, the deformation of pavement and stress; the analysis of different under different conditions, such as vehicle speed, vehicle load, the dynamic response law of void size on pavement structure, and three kinds of load calculation results were compared and analyzed. Through this analysis, we can conclude that: the value and the maximum tensile stress of slab bottom surface bending vehicle load movement in the flat surface. Under the sink, the pavement on the vibration of void damage. There is a certain reference value for the cement concrete pavement structure design and construction management of the mobile and constant load The effect of heavy load traffic is the innovation of this paper when the moving sinusoidal loading is on the cement concrete pavement with a void.
