【摘要】：基于當前中國超薄抗滑磨耗層存在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計不合理的現(xiàn)狀,該文從結(jié)構(gòu)的級配組成和粉膠比分別對Novachip-13混合料性能進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究。研究表明:Novachip-13型超薄抗滑磨耗層的粗集料內(nèi)部比例對混合料的路用性能影響不顯著,而粗細集料比例及粉膠比影響顯著,建議在設(shè)計時嚴格控制粗細集料比例,同時這一結(jié)論在工程實例中得到了驗證。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of unreasonable structure design of ultra-thin anti-skid wear layer in China, In this paper, the performance of Novachip-13 mixture is optimized from the gradation composition of structure and the ratio of powder to binder. The results show that the internal proportion of coarse aggregate of the super thin anti-skid wear layer has no significant effect on the pavement performance of the mixture. The ratio of coarse and fine aggregate and the ratio of powder to glue are significant. It is suggested that the ratio of coarse and fine aggregate should be strictly controlled in the design, and this conclusion has been verified in the engineering example.
