【摘要】：國民經(jīng)濟運行的命脈之一就是交通運輸體系,城市公共交通在城市交通發(fā)展中占有絕對的主體地位。城市交通是日常生活中重要的基礎設施,與人們的各項生活指標息息相關。現(xiàn)在城市的交通擁堵是阻礙城市發(fā)展問題之一,提高交通資源的的利用是解決城市擁堵的重要手段。本文針對目前公交調度基本上還是按照固定的時刻表來進行的,采用”定點發(fā)車、兩頭卡點”的手工作業(yè)的調度方式,對車輛在運營路線上的狀態(tài)無法實時了解,僅依靠經(jīng)驗調度車輛,具有一定的盲目性和滯后性,難以及時有效地采取調度措施。對于這種現(xiàn)狀的研究分析,得出原因并設計一套智能化的公交調度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。首先闡述設計這套系統(tǒng)的背景原因,設計的目標分析。其次是對于這套系統(tǒng)的前端和實際的講述,詳細說明系統(tǒng)的前端設計,包括特點,需求,及其前端所需要的設備相關的介紹。第三,詳細說明公交智能化系統(tǒng),具體的調度操作說明,視屏操作說明等。最后對于公交智能化系統(tǒng)帶來的企業(yè)效益和社會效益的說明。通過智能化的調度管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)對公交車輛運營調度的智能化管理,實時化監(jiān)控,無紙化的調度,完善面向乘客全面的信息服務,科學地提高服務水平。通過信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)讓乘客獲得出行的全部公交服務信息,提升公交吸引力,建設智能化的公共交通系統(tǒng),需要乘客,公交車輛,車站設施以及所處的交通環(huán)境等多要素之間的聯(lián)系,對保障交通運輸?shù)慕】蛋l(fā)展將起到巨大的促進作用。
[Abstract]:One of the lifeblood of the national economy is the transportation system. Urban public transportation plays an absolute main role in the development of urban transportation. Urban transportation is an important infrastructure in daily life. Is closely related to people's living standards. Traffic congestion in cities is one of the obstacles to urban development. To improve the utilization of traffic resources is an important means to solve urban congestion. In view of the fact that the current public transport scheduling is basically carried out according to a fixed timetable, this paper adopts the manual dispatching mode of "fixed departure, two-terminal card points". It is impossible to understand the state of the vehicle on the operation route in real time, only rely on the experience to dispatch the vehicle, have certain blindness and lag, it is difficult to take the dispatch measure in time and effectively. The research and analysis of this kind of present situation, The reasons are obtained and a set of intelligent bus dispatch monitoring system is designed. Firstly, the background reasons of designing this system and the target analysis of the design are described. Secondly, the front-end design of the system is explained in detail for the front-end and actual narration of the system. Including features, requirements, and the related introduction of the equipment needed by the front end. Third, the detailed description of the intelligent bus system, the specific dispatching operation instructions, Finally, it explains the enterprise benefit and social benefit brought by the intelligent bus system. Through the intelligent dispatching management system, it realizes the intelligent management and real-time monitoring of the public transport vehicle operation and scheduling. The paperless dispatching, the perfection of the comprehensive information service for passengers, and the scientific improvement of the service level. Through the information release system, passengers can get all the public transportation service information, enhance the attraction of public transportation, and build an intelligent public transport system. The connection between passengers, bus vehicles, station facilities and the traffic environment will play an important role in ensuring the healthy development of transportation.
