【摘要】：我國正處于能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型階段,低碳交通是當(dāng)前交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的必然選擇。常規(guī)公交作為傳統(tǒng)意義上的低碳交通、綠色出行方式的一種,以其低出行成本、較大運(yùn)量、較低碳排放等特點(diǎn)被廣泛推廣。然而常規(guī)公交的低碳性是建立在人均碳排放的基礎(chǔ)上,并非天然的低碳交通方式,若公交線路客流量規(guī)模不足,則無法保證常規(guī)公交的低碳性,也就無法實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型。因此本文對常規(guī)公交的低碳優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究。本文對低碳理念、低碳交通以及低碳公交進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)了公交線網(wǎng)的常用優(yōu)化方法,并將其與低碳相融合,探究了公交車輛的碳排放及其相關(guān)；研究分析了影響公交線網(wǎng)的因素,并以此為基礎(chǔ),采用以出行者、公交運(yùn)營方、環(huán)境三方綜合考慮的雙層優(yōu)化模型,借助改進(jìn)蟻群算法對模型進(jìn)行求解常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)的合理布設(shè)�；诘吞祭砟�、低碳交通及其相關(guān)的內(nèi)涵、特性,常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化原則,公交車輛碳排放量系數(shù)等理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國公交線網(wǎng)的主要狀況,對常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)影響低碳優(yōu)化的因素進(jìn)行分析,并對一般公交線網(wǎng)的約束進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了上層以總線網(wǎng)消耗最少,下層為乘客出行分配的雙層優(yōu)化模型。借助改進(jìn)蟻群算法,將蟻群算法的劣勢降低,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)低碳優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。最后借助棗莊市中區(qū)為算例,優(yōu)化該區(qū)域的公交線網(wǎng),證明該優(yōu)化方法合理有效。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the energy structure transformation stage, the low carbon transportation is the inevitable choice of the current transportation industry to realize the energy structure transformation. As a kind of traditional low carbon transportation and green travel mode, the conventional public transport is a kind of low travel cost. However, the low-carbon nature of conventional public transport is based on the per capita carbon emissions, not the natural low-carbon transport mode, if the bus line passenger flow scale is insufficient, It can not guarantee the low-carbon nature of conventional public transport, and it is impossible to realize the energy structure transformation of the transportation industry. Therefore, this paper studies the low-carbon optimization of conventional public transport. The low carbon transportation and low carbon public transport are studied, the common optimization methods of the bus network are summarized, and the carbon emission of the public transport vehicle and its correlation are explored, and the factors that affect the bus network are studied and analyzed. On the basis of this, a two-layer optimization model, which takes travelers, bus operators and environment into consideration, is adopted to solve the problem of reasonable layout of conventional bus network by means of improved ant colony algorithm, based on the concept of low carbon. Low-carbon transportation and its related connotation, characteristics, optimization principles of conventional bus network, carbon emission coefficient of public transport vehicles and other theoretical basis, combined with the current main status of public transport network in China, The factors affecting low carbon optimization of conventional bus network are analyzed, and the constraints of general bus network are adjusted appropriately. On this basis, the upper layer of bus network is established to consume the least. With the help of improved ant colony algorithm, the disadvantage of ant colony algorithm is reduced to achieve the goal of low carbon optimization of conventional bus network. Finally, with the aid of Zaozhuang city central district as an example, The optimization method is proved to be reasonable and effective.
