巷道堆垛式立體車庫研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟與汽車市場的不斷發(fā)展,城市的停車難問題日益突出,傳統(tǒng)車庫的建設規(guī)模由于城市土地緊缺等原因已遠遠達不到現(xiàn)實的需求,從而引發(fā)一系列停車難、停車混亂和交通堵塞等問題。因此,發(fā)展高效安全、空間利用率高、存取車方便快捷的機械式立體車庫將勢在必行。針對當前市場對機械式立體車庫的迫切需求及現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)車庫存在的問題,本文對存取車前景比較廣闊的巷道堆垛式立體車庫進行了研究。論文研究的主要內容如下:首先,本文以居民住宅小區(qū)停車庫為研究背景,分析并確定了適合小區(qū)居民使用的巷道堆垛式立體車庫方案,介紹了該種車庫的存取車原理、特點。重點研究了該車庫核心部件——堆垛機的水平行走機構、垂直提升機構、橫向存取機構以及堆垛機框架的結構組成、運行原理等,并對驅動電機、傳動齒輪、提升鏈輪鏈條機構、存取車搬運器等重點結構進行了結構分析、參數(shù)選取、校核等工作。其次,運用有限元分析軟件對承受載荷比較嚴重的堆垛機框架進行了建模、仿真、結構優(yōu)化等。優(yōu)化后的框架模型具有彎曲變形極小、質量較輕、結構較為合理等特點,滿足堆垛機存取車的安全、平穩(wěn)等要求。最后,對車庫整體的控制系統(tǒng)進行了研究,闡述了控制系統(tǒng)的上位機、控制器與執(zhí)行機構、傳感器、安全機構等一系列的合作達到的高效、安全的存取車流程。本文的研究成果對機械式立體車庫的推廣普及具有一定的意義,為開發(fā)設計巷道堆垛式立體車庫提供了一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and automobile market, the problem of parking difficulties in cities is becoming more and more prominent. Because of the shortage of urban land and other reasons, the construction scale of traditional garages has been far from the actual demand, thus causing a series of parking difficulties. Parking chaos and traffic jams. Therefore, the development of efficient and safe, high space utilization, It will be imperative to store and store the convenient and quick mechanical three-dimensional garage. In view of the urgent demand of the current market for the mechanical three-dimensional garage and the existing problems existing in the traditional garage, The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper takes parking garage in residential area as the research background. This paper analyzes and determines the roadway stacking stereoscopic garage scheme suitable for the residents of the residential area, introduces the principle and characteristics of this kind of garage, and emphatically studies the horizontal walking mechanism and vertical lifting mechanism of the stacker crane, which is the key component of the garage. The structure composition and operation principle of the lateral access mechanism and the stacker frame are analyzed, and the key structures, such as driving motor, transmission gear, chain mechanism of lifting sprocket, conveyor of access vehicle, are analyzed, and the parameters are selected. Secondly, the finite element analysis software is used to model, simulate and optimize the stacker frame which bears more serious load. The optimized frame model has the advantages of minimal bending deformation, light mass, and so on. The structure of the stacker can meet the requirements of safety and stability. Finally, the overall control system of the garage is studied, and the upper computer, controller, actuator and sensor of the control system are expounded. The research results of this paper have a certain significance for the popularization of mechanical stereoscopic garage and provide some reference for the development and design of roadway stacking solid garage.
