【摘要】:針對震后道路受損條件下的多目標(biāo)定位—路徑問題,通過考慮道路通行速度隨時間發(fā)生變化來模擬災(zāi)后路徑的運速受限,以救援時間滿意度之和最大、救災(zāi)資源使用量最小為目標(biāo),建立了震后應(yīng)急物資配送的多目標(biāo)定位—路徑問題優(yōu)化模型;谶z傳算法的求解思想,設(shè)計了合適的染色體代碼,較好地處理了問題復(fù)雜的約束,并結(jié)合NSGA-Ⅱ算法,求出了原問題的一個較好的Pareto解集。最后,通過一個典型算例對模型和算法的有效性進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:In view of the multi-objective location-path problem in the damaged road after earthquake, considering the change of road speed with time, the speed of post-disaster path is simulated, and the sum of relief time satisfaction is the largest. The optimal model of multi-objective location-path problem for the distribution of emergency materials after earthquake is established. Based on the idea of solving genetic algorithm, a suitable chromosome code is designed.
