雙線平行盾構(gòu)掘進對鄰近淺基礎(chǔ)建筑物影響理論分析

【摘要】:為解決雙線平行盾構(gòu)隧道施工對鄰近淺基礎(chǔ)建筑物的變形及彎矩變化的影響問題,并對實際掘進工況給出施工建議,利用Sagaseta縱向地表變形計算公式,推導(dǎo)出雙線平行盾構(gòu)掘進影響區(qū)內(nèi)淺基礎(chǔ)建筑物地基、基礎(chǔ)和結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同作用的力學(xué)模型,分析得到淺基礎(chǔ)框架建筑物變形以及彎矩變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:盾構(gòu)隧道掘進區(qū)內(nèi),淺基礎(chǔ)框架建筑物的彎矩大小隨著開挖面的靠近逐漸增大,開挖面到達(dá)建筑物正下方附近時達(dá)到最大值,之后又逐漸減小;建筑物傾斜率越大,梁端彎矩和底層柱對基礎(chǔ)的約束彎矩也越大;雙線平行盾構(gòu)先后掘進相比同時掘進引起的建筑物傾斜更小、沉降變化更加緩和,框架結(jié)構(gòu)及基礎(chǔ)梁的彎矩更小,且隨著先后掘進開挖面距離的增大,彎矩變化曲線逐漸由V型轉(zhuǎn)變成W型;建議雙線平行盾構(gòu)施工時盡量避免同時掘進,并進一步加強對建筑物首尾沉降差及傾斜率的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the influence of the double-line parallel shield tunnel construction on the deformation and bending moment change of the adjacent shallow foundation building, and to give the construction suggestion for the actual tunneling condition, the calculation formula of Sagaseta longitudinal surface deformation is used. A mechanical model for the synergistic action of foundation, foundation and structure of shallow foundation in the area affected by double-line parallel shield tunneling is derived. The law of deformation and bending moment change of shallow foundation frame building is obtained. The results show that the moment of shallow foundation frame building increases gradually with the excavation surface approaching in shield tunneling area. When the excavated surface reaches the maximum value near the bottom of the building and then decreases gradually, the larger the slope ratio of the building, the greater the bending moment at the end of the beam and the restrained moment of the bottom column on the foundation. Compared with the parallel shield tunneling, the double-line parallel shield tunneling causes less inclined buildings, more gentle settlement changes, smaller bending moment of frame structure and foundation beam, and with the increase of excavating face distance, The curve of bending moment change gradually from V type to W type, it is suggested that double line parallel shield tunneling should be avoided at the same time, and the monitoring of the settlement difference and slope ratio of the building should be further strengthened.
