【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,我國的汽車數(shù)量越來越多,已經(jīng)逐漸超過了我國高速公路的負載,由于車流量的巨大,高速公路的收費站已經(jīng)嚴重的影響了車輛的通暢運行。車輛經(jīng)過收費站時,需停車繳費,因此會影響高速公路的負載量,ETC收費系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)不停車繳費的功能,因此,對提高高速公路負載量有著巨大的幫助。ETC收費系統(tǒng)由陣列天線發(fā)射信號,而這些天線的饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)則通常采用Butler矩陣,該矩陣能夠通過對天線位置和相位的調(diào)整,達到不同方向波束合成的效果。本文首先對ETC的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,對比了Butler矩陣和其他饋電方式的優(yōu)勢,同時,對應用于ETC收費系統(tǒng)的輻射天線和雙工器進行了介紹。本文還從理論方面對Butler矩陣進行了分析,介紹了Butler矩陣的理論基礎(chǔ)——傳輸線理論;分析方法——多端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,以及組成Butler矩陣的3d B定向耦合器和移相器,最后,對Butler矩陣的特性進行了分析。本文還給出了3d B定向耦合器和移相器的一般設(shè)計方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過二元加載線的方法,設(shè)計了能夠在2.4GHz和5.8GHz兩個頻點處能夠同時工作的雙頻3d B定向耦合器和移相器,通過對其特性參數(shù)的計算,確定幾何尺寸,并在CST中建模仿真,得到理想的結(jié)果;通過對所設(shè)計的雙頻3d B定向耦合器和移相器通過傳輸線連接排列,得到雙頻Butler矩陣,同樣進行仿真,從結(jié)果可以看出,所設(shè)計Butler矩陣在工作頻點處,輸入端口的回波損耗均在-10d B以下,輸出端口的傳輸系數(shù)均接近-6d B,表明該雙頻Butler矩陣具有較好的特性。最后本文對所設(shè)計的雙頻Butler矩陣進行了加工和測試,結(jié)果顯示,實測結(jié)果和仿真結(jié)果符合較好,能夠滿足應用要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in China, the number of cars more and more, has gradually exceeded the load of highway in our country, because traffic is huge, highway toll station has seriously affected the smooth operation of the vehicle. The vehicle through the toll station, parking fee, so it will affect the load of highway toll system, ETC no parking fee, can realize the function, therefore, with the help.ETC charging system huge transmission signal from the antenna array to improve the highway load, and the antenna feed network usually uses the Butler matrix, the matrix can pass on the antenna position and phase adjustment, to achieve the effect of the synthesis of different direction of beam. This paper the development status of ETC are introduced. The comparison of the Butler matrix and the other feeding advantages, at the same time, the corresponding charging system for ETC antenna and duplex Is introduced in this paper. This paper also theoretically analyzes the Butler matrix, introduces the basic theory of Butler matrix of transmission line theory; analysis method of multi port network theory and Butler matrix 3D B directional couplers and phase shifters, finally, properties of the Butler matrix are given in this paper are analyzed. The design method of 3D B directional coupler and a phase shifter, based on this method, through two yuan load line, designed to double 3D B directional coupler and a phase shifter while working in 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz two frequency points, the calculation of its parameters, determine the geometry, and modeling in CST simulation, get the desired results; according to the design of dual frequency 3D B directional couplers and phase shifters are connected through a transmission line, get double Butler matrix, the same simulation, it can be See, the design of Butler matrix in the working frequency, the input port return loss is -10d B, transmission coefficient of output ports were close to -6d B, shows that the double Butler matrix has good properties. Finally the processing and testing of the dual frequency Butler matrix design results show that the measured results meet the the good and the simulation results can meet the application requirements.
