預(yù)應(yīng)力BFRP布加固RC梁抗彎性能研究

【摘要】:FRP加固技術(shù)因其質(zhì)輕高強(qiáng)、不腐蝕、施工簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。FRP中最常用的FRP為CFRP,但是其價(jià)格相對(duì)較高。BFRP不但在力學(xué)性能上與CFRP相媲美,且價(jià)格低廉、延性高于CFRP。然而目前對(duì)BFRP加固性能的研究相對(duì)CFRP、GFRP等要少的多。因此本文并開(kāi)展了預(yù)應(yīng)力BFRP布加固RC梁的抗彎性能試驗(yàn)研究、理論分析及數(shù)值模擬,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)結(jié)合在役鋼筋混凝土橋梁均帶裂縫工作的特點(diǎn),本文對(duì)完好梁進(jìn)行預(yù)裂,再采用BFRP布進(jìn)行加固。通過(guò)4根試驗(yàn)梁的抗彎試驗(yàn),對(duì)比分析試驗(yàn)梁的屈服荷載、極限荷載、變形性能及裂縫擴(kuò)展?fàn)顩r等。研究預(yù)應(yīng)力纖維布加固梁及未加固梁的抗彎性能,重點(diǎn)分析了不同的預(yù)應(yīng)力水平對(duì)構(gòu)件抗彎性能的影響。(2)開(kāi)展了預(yù)應(yīng)力BFRP布預(yù)應(yīng)力損失試驗(yàn)研究,明確了纖維布張拉控制應(yīng)力的合理取值區(qū)間;陬A(yù)應(yīng)力BFRP布加固RC梁的正截面計(jì)算模型,對(duì)試驗(yàn)梁進(jìn)行全過(guò)程受力分析,研討了消壓荷載、屈服荷載及正截面抗彎承載力的計(jì)算方法。(3)采用ANSYS對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力BFRP布加固RC梁進(jìn)行了有限元分析,對(duì)試驗(yàn)梁進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并將仿真值與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的合理性。本文系統(tǒng)地研究BFRP的最優(yōu)比和BFRP布加固RC梁的抗彎性能,其研究成果可為橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)的加固設(shè)計(jì)提供科學(xué)參考。
[Abstract]:FRP reinforcement technology has been widely used in FRP because of its advantages of light weight, high strength, non-corrosion and easy construction. However, its price is relatively high, and its price is not only comparable to that of CFRP, but also low in price. The ductility of RC beams is higher than that of CFRP. However, the research on the strengthening performance of BFRP is much less than that of CFRP and so on. Therefore, the experimental study, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with prestressed BFRP sheets are carried out in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: (1) combined with the characteristics of existing reinforced concrete bridges with cracks, the intact beams are precracked and strengthened with BFRP cloth. The yield loads of the test beams are compared and analyzed through the flexural tests of four test beams. Ultimate load, deformation performance and crack propagation. The flexural behavior of prestressed fiber cloth reinforced and unstrengthened beams is studied. The influence of different prestressing levels on the flexural behavior of members is analyzed. (2) the experimental study on the prestressing loss of prestressed BFRP cloth is carried out. Based on the normal section calculation model of RC beam strengthened by prestressed BFRP cloth, the stress analysis of the test beam during the whole process is carried out, and the compressive load is discussed. The calculation method of yield load and flexural bearing capacity of normal section. (3) the finite element analysis of RC beam strengthened with prestressed BFRP cloth is carried out by ANSYS, and the numerical simulation of the test beam is carried out, and the simulation value is compared with the experimental value. The rationality of the finite element model is verified. The optimal ratio of BFRP and the flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with BFRP cloth are systematically studied in this paper. The research results can provide a scientific reference for the reinforcement design of bridge structures.
