既有預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T形剛構(gòu)橋加固設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:T形剛構(gòu)橋由于具有受力明確、施工快捷、墩梁之間不需要設(shè)置支座等優(yōu)點(diǎn),上世紀(jì)七八十年代,我國修建了大量這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的橋梁。經(jīng)過十幾年或幾十年的通車運(yùn)營,這些早期建造的T形剛構(gòu)橋由于設(shè)計(jì)荷載等級較低、車輛嚴(yán)重超載、養(yǎng)護(hù)不當(dāng)?shù)仍?目前發(fā)現(xiàn)存在大量的病害和破損,多數(shù)的T形剛構(gòu)橋無法滿足日益增多的車流量承載需求。本文結(jié)合我國T形剛構(gòu)橋的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)與實(shí)際運(yùn)營狀況,在總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對既有預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T形剛構(gòu)橋的加固設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行研究。首先介紹了國內(nèi)外T形剛構(gòu)橋的發(fā)展概況,分析該種橋型自身的受力特點(diǎn)和在使用過程中存在的各類問題,總結(jié)了T形剛構(gòu)橋加固技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀和工程實(shí)踐中常用加固方法。以馬蘭大橋?yàn)橐劳泄こ?介紹了該橋的上部結(jié)構(gòu)、下部結(jié)構(gòu)、橋面系及附屬結(jié)構(gòu)的病害檢查結(jié)果,對橋梁技術(shù)狀況給予了評定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對荷載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,得到實(shí)橋目前的基本狀況,對實(shí)橋的實(shí)際承載能力進(jìn)行了評定。采用以增加體外預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋為主的綜合加固方法對馬蘭大橋進(jìn)行加固,分析了體外預(yù)應(yīng)力單獨(dú)作用下主梁的受力性能,對加固后主梁的承載力、應(yīng)力、撓度等進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,并與加固前的主梁受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了對比分析,探討加固效果。本文最后根據(jù)舊橋的實(shí)際工作狀況評估結(jié)果,從改變結(jié)構(gòu)體系的角度提出一種新的加固T形剛構(gòu)橋的設(shè)計(jì)方法,將原結(jié)構(gòu)的掛梁拆除,替換為鋼箱梁,鋼箱梁與T構(gòu)主梁固結(jié),原橋由T形剛構(gòu)橋轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫B續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋。對改變結(jié)構(gòu)體系加固后的主梁進(jìn)行了受力分析,并與原橋的受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了對比,分析該種方法理論上的可行性。
[Abstract]:Because T-shaped rigid frame bridge has the advantages of clear force, quick construction and no need to set supports between piers and beams, in 0th century, a large number of bridges of this kind of structure system were built in our country. Due to the low design load grade, serious overloading of vehicles and improper maintenance of these early T-shaped rigid frame bridges, a large number of diseases and breakages have been found at present. Most T-shaped rigid frame bridges can not meet the increasing demand for traffic flow. This paper, based on the application experience and practical operation of T-shaped rigid frame bridges in China, summarizes the previous research results. The reinforcement design method of existing prestressed concrete T-shaped rigid frame bridge is studied. Firstly, the development of T-shaped rigid frame bridge at home and abroad is introduced. This paper summarizes the present situation of strengthening technology of T-shaped rigid frame bridge and the commonly used reinforcement methods in engineering practice. Based on Ma Lan Bridge, it introduces the inspection results of the superstructure, substructure, deck system and subsidiary structure of the bridge. The technical condition of the bridge is evaluated. On this basis, the load test results are analyzed, and the present basic condition of the bridge is obtained. The actual bearing capacity of the real bridge is evaluated. The comprehensive reinforcement method, which mainly increases the external prestressing bar, is adopted to reinforce Ma Lan Bridge, and the mechanical behavior of the main beam under the action of external prestressing alone is analyzed. The bearing capacity, stress, deflection and so on of the strengthened main beam are checked and calculated, and the stress state of the main beam before strengthening is compared and analyzed, and the effect of reinforcement is discussed. Finally, according to the actual working condition of the old bridge, the paper evaluates the results. From the point of view of changing the structure system, a new design method of strengthening T-shaped rigid frame bridge is put forward. The hanging beam of the original structure is removed and replaced with the steel box girder, and the steel box girder is consolidated with the T-structure main beam. The original bridge is transformed from T-shaped rigid frame bridge to continuous rigid frame bridge. The stress of the main beam strengthened by the changed structure system is analyzed and compared with that of the original bridge, and the feasibility of this method is analyzed theoretically.
