潼榮高速公路曾家山隧道圍巖分級及穩(wěn)定性評價

【摘要】:改革開放以來,國家對基礎設施的投資與建設越來越重視,在鐵路和公路的建設上體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。伴隨著科技的發(fā)展以及施工方式的改進,公路隧道越修越長、越修約深的發(fā)展趨勢是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的。準確的圍巖分級及穩(wěn)定性評價是隧道勘察工作的核心部分,本文以重慶潼榮高速公路曾家山隧道項目為依托,運用定性和定量方法對圍巖進行分級以及隧道進出口段穩(wěn)定性進行評價,借助COMSOL Multiphysics軟件模擬隧道開挖后,圍巖的應力和位移變化,主要研究成果如下:(1)采用BQ法對圍巖進行分級,曾家山隧道左右線圍巖共分為Ⅲ級、Ⅳ級、Ⅴ級3個級別。右線:Ⅲ級圍巖占比最大,長度687m,占比為42.22%;Ⅳ級圍巖長度475m,占比為29.19%;Ⅴ級圍巖占比最小,長度465m,占比為28.58%。左線:Ⅲ級圍巖占比最大,長度690m,占比為42.38%;Ⅳ級圍巖長度480m,占比約為29.48%;Ⅴ級圍巖占比最小,長度458m,占比約為28.13%。(2)根據(jù)公路隧道設計規(guī)范圍巖分級的評定指標和曾家山隧道的地質(zhì)條件選用6個評價因素,建立評價指標體系,運用模糊數(shù)學理論,對隧道圍巖進行分級,分級結(jié)果與BQ法結(jié)果一致。(3)采用赤平投影圖解法對隧道進出口段進行穩(wěn)定性評價:天然狀態(tài)下進出口段斜坡穩(wěn)定性較好,但圍巖為Ⅴ級圍巖,巖體較破碎,在隧道施工時有可能發(fā)生失穩(wěn)變形,需進行及時支護。(4)選取隧道5個典型斷面采用COMSOL Multiphysics軟件進行數(shù)值模擬,分析隧道開挖后,圍巖的應力和位移的分布特征和變化規(guī)律:Ⅲ級圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性較好,位移量較小;Ⅳ級圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性一般,位移量較大并與埋深呈正相關;Ⅴ級圍巖段,圍巖穩(wěn)定性較差,位移量大。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the state has paid more and more attention to the investment and construction of infrastructure, especially in the construction of railways and highways. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of construction methods, highway tunnels are being built longer and longer. The development trend of overbuilding contract depth is irreversible. Accurate surrounding rock classification and stability evaluation is the core part of tunnel investigation. This paper relies on the Zengjiashan Tunnel Project of Tongrong Expressway in Chongqing. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the stability of surrounding rock and the stability of tunnel inlet and outlet. The stress and displacement changes of surrounding rock after excavation are simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) the surrounding rock is classified by using the method of Bq.
