現(xiàn)代有軌電車城市適用性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代有軌電車是一種中低運(yùn)量的城市公共交通方式,因其具有運(yùn)能適中、運(yùn)行速度高、安全性好、旅客舒適度高、節(jié)能環(huán)保、美觀、投資低、建設(shè)周期短等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前已經(jīng)在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的很多城市得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,近年來,國(guó)內(nèi)的很多城市也在積極規(guī)劃建設(shè)現(xiàn)代有軌電車。本文從現(xiàn)代有軌電車自身的特點(diǎn)及國(guó)外城市的成功應(yīng)用的案例入手,應(yīng)用AHP-模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)現(xiàn)代有軌電車的城市適用性做出評(píng)價(jià)。首先,本文分析了現(xiàn)代有軌電車的系統(tǒng)組成及技術(shù)特點(diǎn),之后將現(xiàn)代有軌電車與地鐵、輕軌、BRT、常規(guī)公交等其他公共交通方式做出比較,得出其在運(yùn)能、運(yùn)行速度、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、環(huán)保性等方面的特點(diǎn),從而總結(jié)出現(xiàn)代有軌電車的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。其次,通過分析現(xiàn)代有軌電車在法國(guó)巴黎市、里昂市、南特市的開行案例及其在國(guó)內(nèi)一些城市的應(yīng)用情況,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)代有軌電車三種典型的應(yīng)用模式及各種應(yīng)用模式所適應(yīng)的城市的特點(diǎn)。最后,運(yùn)用AHP-模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型來評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)代有軌電車的城市適用性。選取了城市現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展規(guī)劃、城市交通現(xiàn)狀與規(guī)劃、技術(shù)可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性、社會(huì)效益五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層16個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,之后用AHP計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重;采用專家調(diào)查法對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行打分,之后用綜合滿意度函數(shù)法計(jì)算出現(xiàn)代有軌電車城市適用性的綜合滿意度值。建立評(píng)價(jià)模型后,以成都市新津縣為評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)例,最終得到現(xiàn)代有軌電車在新津縣的適應(yīng)性較好,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了本模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:The modern tram is a city public transportation means a low volume, because of its moderate capacity, high speed, good safety, passenger comfort, energy saving and environmental protection, beautiful appearance, low investment, short construction period and many other advantages, has been in the city a lot of western developed countries has been widely used. In recent years, many city in the country is also actively planning the construction of modern tram. The successful application of modern tram features themselves and the case of foreign city, the application of AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make evaluation for city tram to modern. First, this paper analyzes the modern composition and the technical characteristics of the system after the tram, the modern tram and subway, light rail, BRT, made a comparison between the conventional bus and other public transport, the transport capacity in the economy, speed, environmental protection, etc. The characteristics, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of generation trams. Secondly, through the analysis of modern tram in the French city of Paris, Lyon, Nantes, CDB case and its application in some domestic city, summed up the modern characteristics to adapt to the tram three typical application mode and application mode the city. Finally, using AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the applicability of the modern city tram. The city status and development planning, economic feasibility and actuality of the city traffic planning, technical feasibility, social benefit, five layers of 16 evaluation indexes, evaluation index system is established, then calculate the index weight AHP; scoring for each index by expert investigation method, followed by the overall satisfaction function method to calculate the comprehensive satisfaction for the tram city the applicability of the evaluation model is established. After that, taking Xinjin County of Chengdu as an evaluation example, the adaptability of modern tram in Xinjin county is better, and the feasibility of this model is verified.
