鋁土礦海上運(yùn)輸安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究綜述

【摘要】:基于易流態(tài)化固體散裝貨物的定義,將具有類似特性的鋁土礦作為研究對(duì)象,通過梳理易流態(tài)化固體散裝貨物海上運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究現(xiàn)狀,評(píng)述2類研究方法——船舶與海洋工程方法和系統(tǒng)安全工程方法,探討貨物含水量及其本質(zhì)物理屬性作為熱點(diǎn)的研究脈絡(luò),研討作為承載工具的船舶適裝性及其穩(wěn)性特征,論述自然環(huán)境對(duì)船舶和貨物的影響,探究船舶營(yíng)運(yùn)的全過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn),歸納了有關(guān)流態(tài)化機(jī)理的研究結(jié)論。鋁土礦安全運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯亢蛯?shí)踐表明國(guó)際航運(yùn)業(yè)對(duì)鋁土礦船運(yùn)時(shí)的流態(tài)化機(jī)理尚不清晰、研究方法不足、應(yīng)對(duì)措施不強(qiáng),展望未來應(yīng)開展以下工作:健全鋁土礦海上運(yùn)輸監(jiān)管機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化鋁土礦與散貨船的耦合機(jī)理研究、開展鋁土礦運(yùn)輸船舶營(yíng)運(yùn)的過程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究、推進(jìn)鋁土礦海運(yùn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的智能化。
[Abstract]:Based on the definition of easy fluidized solid bulk cargo, bauxite with similar characteristics is regarded as the research object. This paper reviews two kinds of research methodsship and ocean engineering methods and system safety engineering methods, discusses the research context of cargo water content and its essential physical properties as a hot spot, and discusses the ship's suitability and stability characteristics as a carrying tool. This paper discusses the influence of natural environment on ship and cargo, and probes into the whole process risk of ship operation. The research and practice of safe transportation of bauxite show that the fluidization mechanism of bauxite is not clear, the research method is insufficient, and the countermeasures are not strong. In the future, the following work should be carried out: perfecting the supervision mechanism of bauxite transport, strengthening the study on the coupling mechanism between bauxite and bulk carriers, and carrying out the research on the process risk of bauxite transport ship operation. Promote the intelligent management of safety risk in bauxite mine maritime transportation.
