對淺山區(qū)城市道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法的探討與研究

【摘要】:淺山區(qū)所處的地理位置,介于山區(qū)與城市的交界地帶,有著山區(qū)的特征,但也已受到城鎮(zhèn)化的影響,這類區(qū)域正是北京市大力支持與發(fā)展的對象,倍受各級市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)照,尤其是北京市門頭溝區(qū)的發(fā)展建設(shè),有著改善當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣袢罕姷纳詈途幼l件的重要意義。發(fā)展這類區(qū)域,首先要考慮其基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中,城市道路系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)是重點(diǎn)的環(huán)節(jié),是保障區(qū)域內(nèi)部交通出行的根本所在。淺山區(qū)地勢起伏較大,連綿起伏但海拔較低的山體、蜿蜒的河流,起伏的臺(tái)地等地形相融合,其城市道路在此范圍內(nèi)穿行,其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)不僅要服務(wù)于人、機(jī)動(dòng)車、非機(jī)動(dòng)車等,還要與地勢地貌和景觀環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào),達(dá)到道路與自然環(huán)境、人文景觀的和諧統(tǒng)一。目前對淺山區(qū)的城市道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的分析研究還處于剛剛起步的階段,尚沒有成型的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和規(guī)范,本文結(jié)合淺山區(qū)的具體特征,對受地質(zhì)、地貌、人文、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、景觀、經(jīng)濟(jì)等眾多因素控制與制約的淺山區(qū)城市道路從多角度進(jìn)行研究分析,采用描述性研究法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合等研究方法,依據(jù)幾年來在淺山區(qū)道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中所遇到的問題和總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以門頭溝地區(qū)的項(xiàng)目為例,總結(jié)淺山區(qū)城市道路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的方法,從而對今后類似工作提供一些技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:The geographical position of the shallow mountain area lies between the mountain area and the city. It has the characteristics of the mountainous area, but it has also been affected by urbanization. This kind of area is precisely the object of Beijing's vigorous support and development, and has been taken care of by city leaders at all levels. In particular, the development and construction of the Mentougou District in Beijing is of great significance in improving the living and living conditions of the local people. The planning and design of the urban road system is the key link and the fundamental part of ensuring the transportation within the region. The terrain of the shallow mountainous area is large and undulating, but the elevation is relatively low, the meandering rivers, the undulating terraces, and so on. The planning and design of urban roads should not only serve people, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, but also coordinate with the topography and landscape environment to reach the road and natural environment. At present, the analysis and research of urban road planning and design in shallow mountainous area is still in its infancy, and there is no formative experience and standard. This paper combines the specific characteristics of shallow mountain area, and analyzes the geology, geomorphology and humanity. The urban roads in shallow mountainous areas which are controlled and restricted by many factors, such as economy, environment, landscape, economy, etc., are studied and analyzed from many angles. The methods of descriptive research, experience summarization, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted. Based on the problems encountered in the planning and design of roads in shallow mountainous areas in recent years and the summing up of experiences, taking the project in Mentougou area as an example, this paper summarizes the methods of road planning and design in shallow mountainous areas, thus providing some technical references for similar work in the future.
