鹽沼澤腐蝕區(qū)橋梁樁基豎向承載特性分析及其防腐技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:鹽沼澤是地表過濕或季節(jié)性積水、土壤鹽漬化并長有鹽生植物的地段。鹽沼澤地表呈堿性、土壤中鹽分含量較高,表層積累有可溶性鹽。位于鹽沼澤區(qū)內(nèi)土體或水體中的鹽類對樁身混凝土的化學(xué)、物理作用,使橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)出現(xiàn)混凝土溶蝕、剝落等腐蝕損傷現(xiàn)象,腐蝕損傷的發(fā)生,影響橋梁的正常承載性能且極易誘發(fā)工程病害。公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)通用規(guī)范(JTGD60-2004)規(guī)定公路橋涵結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期是100年。然而受工程服役環(huán)境作用的影響,鹽沼澤區(qū)內(nèi)的公路橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)物的服務(wù)年限很難達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文依托青海在建德香高速公路鹽沼澤區(qū)的橋梁工程項(xiàng)目,針對鹽沼澤區(qū)復(fù)合鹽類對橋梁下部結(jié)構(gòu)腐蝕問題開展研究。主要研究工作如下:(1)對工程沿線鹽沼澤區(qū)域氣候特點(diǎn)、地貌特征、地表水文條件和水文地質(zhì)條件等環(huán)境進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析;總結(jié)提出了鹽沼澤區(qū)內(nèi)引起橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)腐蝕的巖土體及水體類型。并對相似工程環(huán)境中已發(fā)生腐蝕病害的橋涵相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,為數(shù)值模擬的計(jì)算工況設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。(2)采用室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)手段分析了鹽類腐蝕發(fā)生與作用的機(jī)理;以依托工程現(xiàn)場土體與水體中所含單鹽類型與離子濃度為參考,配制腐蝕溶液,開展腐蝕試驗(yàn),對試驗(yàn)成果進(jìn)行分析。(3)基于有限元仿真方法對腐蝕前、后橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行建模,分析相關(guān)鹽類腐蝕樁身混凝土,剝落厚度與樁身受腐深度的變化情況下,橋梁樁基礎(chǔ)的豎向承載力特性及其變化規(guī)律。(4)從隔離、抗裂、密實(shí)及鋼筋阻銹等技術(shù)層面提出了針對性強(qiáng)的腐蝕防治措施,并對每種防腐技術(shù)的防腐機(jī)理進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)提出了防腐的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:Salt swamp is an area where the soil is salinized and has halophytes. The salt swamp is alkaline, and the salt content in the soil is high. Soluble salt accumulates on the surface. The chemical and physical effects of the salt in the soil or water body of the salt swamp area on the concrete of the pile body make the concrete corrosion damage phenomena such as concrete dissolution and exfoliation of the bridge pile foundation and the occurrence of the corrosion damage. The general code for highway bridge and culvert design (JTGD60-2004) stipulates that the design reference period of highway bridge and culvert structure is 100 years. However, it is affected by the effect of engineering service environment. The service life of the highway bridge structure in the salt swamp area is very difficult to meet the design requirements. This paper relies on the bridge project of Qinghai Province in the salt swamp area of Jiande Xiang Expressway. The main research work is as follows: (1) the climatic and geomorphological characteristics of salt swamp region along the engineering line are studied. The surface hydrological conditions and hydrogeological conditions were investigated and analyzed. In this paper, the types of rock, soil and water body that cause corrosion of bridge pile foundation in salt swamp area are summarized, and the related structures of bridge and culvert that have been corroded in similar engineering environment are investigated and analyzed. The mechanism of the occurrence and action of salt corrosion is analyzed by laboratory test method, and the corrosion solution is prepared by relying on the single salt type and ion concentration in the soil and water body of engineering site. The corrosion test is carried out, and the test results are analyzed. (3) based on the finite element simulation method, the bridge pile foundation before and after corrosion is modeled, and the concrete of the correlating salt corroded pile body is analyzed under the condition of the variation of the spalling thickness and the corrosion depth of the pile. The vertical bearing capacity characteristics of bridge pile foundation and its variation rule. (4) from the technical aspects of isolation, crack resistance, compaction and steel bar corrosion prevention and control measures are put forward, and the anticorrosive mechanism of each kind of anticorrosion technology is expounded. The key technical means of anticorrosion are summarized and put forward.
