城市道路瀝青路面使用性能評價與改建方案決策研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來我國城市建設(shè)的巨大發(fā)展,城市道路的建設(shè)處于一個高速增長階段。城市道路瀝青路面在經(jīng)受環(huán)境、氣候等自然環(huán)境的同時,還承受著城市車輛荷載的反復(fù)作用,導(dǎo)致瀝青路面使用性能逐漸下降。部分道路甚至已提前進(jìn)入大修、改建階段,嚴(yán)重影響了城市道路系統(tǒng)的正常運行。隨著我國部分城市道路使用性能的急劇下降,城市道路瀝青路面的使用性能評價與改建方案選擇越來越受到人們的重視。但目前對改建方案決策并未有統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范,改建方案的確定大多由決策者根據(jù)經(jīng)驗確定。本文在借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,主要從城市道路瀝青路面使用性能評價、瀝青路面改建方案設(shè)計和改建方案決策方法等幾個方面開展研究工作:(1)在充分分析、總結(jié)我國《城鎮(zhèn)道路養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)規(guī)范》和《公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)規(guī)范》中瀝青路面性能評價方法的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)城市道路瀝青路面破損的特點,建立了基于模糊與基因突變理論的城市道路瀝青路面使用性能綜合評價模型。(2)總結(jié)分析國內(nèi)外瀝青路面改建方案設(shè)計方法,并總結(jié)國內(nèi)外改建方案的應(yīng)用實例,為城市道路瀝青路面改建提供可行候選方案。(3)在參考大量研究資料和總結(jié)現(xiàn)有瀝青路面改建方案設(shè)計方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了使用模糊多屬性決策方法作為瀝青路面改建方案選擇方法,從提出瀝青路面改建可行候選方案和改建方案評估體系兩個方面進(jìn)行改建方案決策方法的研究,建立了基于模糊與多屬性決策方法確定瀝青路面最優(yōu)改建方案的決策模型。(4)將所建瀝青路面使用性能評價模型和改建方案決策模型應(yīng)用到筆者所參與的湖南芙蓉大道昭山段舊路提質(zhì)改造項目中,使所建模型形象化、具體化,并驗證了基于模糊與基因突變理論的瀝青路面使用性能評價方法和模糊多屬性決策確定瀝青路面改建方案的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the great development of urban construction in China in recent years, the construction of urban roads is in a stage of rapid growth. The asphalt pavement of urban roads is subjected to the environment, climate and other natural environment, but also bear the repeated role of urban vehicle load. As a result of the deterioration of the performance of asphalt pavement, some roads have entered the stage of overhaul and reconstruction, which has seriously affected the normal operation of the urban road system. With the rapid decline of the performance of some urban roads in China, More and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of the performance of urban asphalt pavement and the selection of reconstruction scheme. The determination of reconstruction scheme is mostly determined by the decision makers according to their experience. Based on the existing research results, this paper mainly evaluates the performance of urban road asphalt pavement. Research work has been carried out in several aspects, such as the design of the asphalt pavement reconstruction scheme and the decision-making method of the reconstruction scheme. On the basis of summarizing the performance evaluation methods of asphalt pavement in the Technical Code for Urban Road maintenance and the Technical Code for maintenance of Highway Asphalt pavement, according to the characteristics of urban road asphalt pavement damage, A comprehensive evaluation model of asphalt pavement performance based on fuzzy and gene mutation theory is established. The design methods of asphalt pavement reconstruction schemes at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed, and the application examples of reconstruction schemes at home and abroad are summarized. On the basis of referring to a large number of research data and summarizing the design methods of existing asphalt pavement reconstruction schemes, this paper provides a feasible candidate scheme for the reconstruction of urban asphalt pavement. In this paper, the fuzzy multi-attribute decision method is proposed as the method of selecting the reconstruction scheme of asphalt pavement, and the decision method of reconstruction scheme is studied from two aspects: the feasible candidate scheme of asphalt pavement reconstruction and the evaluation system of reconstruction scheme. A decision model based on fuzzy and multi-attribute decision method to determine the optimal reconstruction scheme of asphalt pavement is established. The evaluation model of asphalt pavement performance and the decision model of reconstruction scheme are applied to the author's participation in Hunan Furong. In the project of upgrading the quality of the old road in Zhaoshan section of Da Dao, The model is visualized and concretized, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method of asphalt pavement performance based on fuzzy and gene mutation theory and fuzzy multi-attribute decision making are verified.
