【摘要】：近十年來,隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的快速增長,高速公路得到了進一步的發(fā)展,通車總里程已超過美國躍居世界第一位。然而,在高速公路路齡增長的同時,路面逐漸出現(xiàn)多種功能性損壞,尤以橫向裂縫和車轍破損最為嚴重,若不及時養(yǎng)護,會導(dǎo)致路面結(jié)構(gòu)性損壞。本文基于浙北地區(qū)高速公路路面使用性能實測數(shù)據(jù)和交通軸載等信息,針對國內(nèi)半剛性基層瀝青路面特點,對高速公路項目級瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護指標與決策展開研究。首先,查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料和現(xiàn)行公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護規(guī)范,分析高速公路瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護的概念及主要特征,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護的研究現(xiàn)狀和面臨問題,了解主要病害類型、養(yǎng)護現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢,為深入研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,根據(jù)預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護指標體系特點與作用,提出高速公路瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護宏觀和微觀指標體系。再次,通過對國內(nèi)外道路路段劃分方法的研究,利用聚類分析法進行預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護路段劃分。在路段劃分的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇組合預(yù)測建立高速公路瀝青路面性能衰變模型,并驗證模型的可操作性和可移植性。然后,以路面使用性能為基準,同時考慮道路材料、設(shè)計、施工等工程實際因素,提出高速公路項目級瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護決策矩陣和預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護推薦方案表,并詳細分析了利用效益費用分析法確定預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護最佳實施時機的過程。最后,在上述研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)研究預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護步驟,形成一套系統(tǒng)性的高速公路項目級瀝青路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護規(guī)劃與對策設(shè)計體系,全面解決選擇養(yǎng)護路段、確定養(yǎng)護措施和時機問題。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the rapid growth of the national economy in China, the expressway has been further developed, and the total mileage of the highway has surpassed that of the United States, ranking first in the world. The pavement gradually appears a variety of functional damage, especially the transverse crack and rut damage is the most serious, if not timely maintenance, Based on the measured data of pavement performance and traffic axle load, this paper aims at the characteristics of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in China. The preventive maintenance index and decision-making of highway project grade asphalt pavement are studied. First of all, the relevant literature at home and abroad and the current highway asphalt pavement maintenance standard are consulted. This paper analyzes the concept and main characteristics of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement in expressway, summarizes the research status and problems of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement at home and abroad, and understands the types of major diseases, the current situation of maintenance and the future development trend. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for further research. Secondly, according to the characteristics and role of preventive maintenance index system, the macro and micro index system of preventive maintenance of highway asphalt pavement is put forward. Based on the study of road sections division methods at home and abroad, the preventive maintenance road sections are divided by cluster analysis method. On the basis of road sections division, the performance decay model of highway asphalt pavement is established by selecting combination prediction. And verify the maneuverability and portability of the model. Then, taking the pavement performance as the benchmark, and considering the road material, design, construction and other engineering practical factors, This paper puts forward the decision matrix of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement of expressway project grade and the recommended schedule of preventive maintenance, and analyzes in detail the process of determining the best implementation time of preventive maintenance by using the method of benefit and cost analysis. On the basis of the above research results, the preventive maintenance steps are systematically studied, and a systematic system of preventive maintenance planning and countermeasure design for the asphalt pavement of the project grade of expressway is formed to solve the problem of choosing the maintenance section in an all-round way.
