復(fù)合型土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以南京地鐵10號線D10-TA06標(biāo)段施工用復(fù)合型土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤為研究對象,對刀盤開口率地質(zhì)適應(yīng)性、盾構(gòu)推力與刀盤扭矩計算、刀盤結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、優(yōu)化與分析等相關(guān)技術(shù)展開研究。首先,根據(jù)該標(biāo)段地質(zhì)情況,提出刀盤開口率與地質(zhì)適應(yīng)性數(shù)值模擬方法,闡述數(shù)值模擬方案。構(gòu)建模擬系統(tǒng)模型,通過與實際監(jiān)測值對比,驗證模型的正確性;得到開口率建議值,結(jié)合開口率地質(zhì)適應(yīng)性理論計算,確定開口率32%,為后續(xù)刀盤結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,根據(jù)該標(biāo)段地質(zhì)情況,提出復(fù)合型土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計流程。對刀盤結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)分別進(jìn)行計算與分析,確定刀盤上各類刀具的數(shù)量及布置方式,在Matlab軟件中繪制刀具布置圖;利用Pro/E軟件建立刀盤三維模型。再次,全面分析復(fù)合型土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)推力和刀盤扭矩的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理與組成要素,建立盾構(gòu)機(jī)推力和刀盤扭矩理論計算模型,將該理論模型與實際工程的實測值對比,驗證理論模型的正確性,并將其應(yīng)用于該標(biāo)段推力和扭矩的實際計算中。最后,在Workbench中對刀盤進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,采用多目標(biāo)遺傳算法求解,獲得刀盤多目標(biāo)Pareto解集;采用層次分析法進(jìn)行Pareto解集選優(yōu),獲得目標(biāo)支配方案最優(yōu)解。利用正交試驗法對刀盤牛腿主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行研究,確定了影響刀盤工作應(yīng)力因素的主次順序:牛腿夾角牛腿水平長度牛腿壁厚。通過對盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤設(shè)計技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用,驗證了上述研究成果的正確性,依此技術(shù)和理論設(shè)計出南京地鐵10號線所使用的盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤,該技術(shù)研究推動復(fù)合型土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī)刀盤國產(chǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cutter head of composite earth pressure balance shield machine used in construction of D10-TA06 section of Nanjing Metro Line 10 is taken as the research object, which is suitable for the geological adaptability of cutter head opening rate, the calculation of shield thrust and cutter head torque, and the design of cutter head structure. First of all, according to the geological conditions of the section, the numerical simulation method of cutter head opening rate and geological adaptability is put forward, and the numerical simulation scheme is expounded. The simulation system model is constructed and compared with the actual monitoring value. Verify the correctness of the model, get the suggested value of the opening rate, combine with the calculation of the geological adaptability theory of the opening rate, determine the opening rate 32 parts, and lay the foundation for the subsequent design of the cutter head structure. Secondly, according to the geological condition of the section, The design flow of cutter head structure of composite earth pressure balance shield machine is put forward. The key parameters of cutter head structure are calculated and analyzed separately, the number and arrangement of various kinds of cutting tools on cutter head are determined, and the tool placement diagram is drawn in Matlab software. The three-dimensional model of the cutter head is established by using Pro/E software. Thirdly, the generating mechanism and components of the thrust and torque of the composite earth pressure balance shield machine are analyzed, and the theoretical calculation model of the thrust and the torque of the cutter head of the shield machine is established. The theoretical model is compared with the measured value of practical engineering to verify the correctness of the theoretical model, and it is applied to the actual calculation of thrust and torque of the segment. Finally, the structure of the cutter head is optimized in Workbench. The multi-objective Pareto solution set is obtained by using multi-objective genetic algorithm, the Pareto solution set is selected by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the optimal solution of target domination scheme is obtained. The main structural parameters of the cutlass leg are studied by orthogonal test. The main and secondary order of the factors affecting the working stress of the cutter head is determined: the leg angle angle, the horizontal length of the leg and the wall thickness of the leg. The correctness of the above research results is verified by the research and application of the design technology of the cutter head of the shield machine. According to this technology and theory, the cutter head of shield machine used in Nanjing Metro Line 10 is designed. The research of this technology promotes the localization and industrialization of compound earth pressure balance shield machine cutter head.
